| [目的]探讨符为民教授对痿证的诊治思路和治疗经验。[方法]通过跟随符为民教授临证抄方,整理并分析符为民教授治疗痿证的典型医案，从病因病机、治则治法等方面论述符为民教授运用中医疗法论治痿证的临床诊疗思路及临证方药特点，并通过典型医案一则予以佐证。[结果]符为民教授认为痿证的病机为本虚标实，湿热互结为标、脾肾亏虚为本是该病的基本病机。治疗上主张初期以外祛湿热除标为先、后期以内补脾肾之本为要。此外，符为民教授还注重病后调养，倡导药物治疗的同时配合针灸导引按摩及心理疏导等方法，临证疗效确切。所举案例具体展示了外祛湿热、内补脾肾的治疗经验。[结论]符为民教授外祛湿热、内补脾肾之法治疗痿证的临床特色突出、疗效斐然，其经验值得我辈认真学习、研究、探讨和推广。 |

| [Objective]To discuss Professor FU Weimin’s theoretical viewpoints and clinical experience of the treatment of Wei disorders.[Method] By following Professor FU Weimin clinical study ,collect and sum up the classical medical records related to Wei disorders, exemplify one case to verify.[Results]Professor FU Weimin believes that the pathological nature of the syndrome is deficienct Ben and excessive Biao. The basic pathogenesis of Wei disorders includes combination of damp and heat as Biao, deficiency of spleen and kidney as Ben. In the treatment, it is advocated that the early stage in dampness and heat removal is the first, and the latter is necessary to supply the spleen and kidney. In addition, Professor FU Weimin also pays attention to post-treatment, and advocates drug treatment cooperating with acupuncture, Daoyin, massage and psychological counseling. The case shows the dialectical thinking and treatment experience. [Conclusion]Professor FU Weimin's method of expelling the heat and dampness and nourishing internal spleen and kidney is effective, worthy of study, research, discussion and further promotion. |
