| [目的]总结魏跃钢教授治疗扁平疣的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师随诊，搜集魏跃钢教授临床治疗扁平疣的案例并查阅文献，分析魏教授对扁平疣病因病机的认识，总结魏教授治疗扁平疣的临床经验，并举案例一则以佐证。[结果]魏跃钢教授认为临床发为本病者多挟热邪，以素体肝郁为本，瘀血为主要病理产物，故主张从热论治，以清热解毒为治疗大法，重视调肝，兼以活血。所举案例以此法为要，以马齿苋合剂为基础方，清热解毒兼以行气活血，疗效显著。[结论]魏跃钢教授从热论治扁平疣疗效显著，其经验值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor WEI Yuegang’s experience in treating verruca planae. [Methods]Through studying with Professor WEI, collecting clinical medical cases, reviewing literature, analyzing the experience of Professor WEI, Professor WEI’s academic characteristics in treating of verruca planae was summarized, and a classical case was provided as an evidence.[Results] Professor WEI believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is heat evil, which based on stagnation of liver Qi, and blood stasis is the main pathological. Professor WEI advocates treatment from heat, with clearing heat and toxic material, regulating liver and activating blood as main methods, which gets satisfying clinical effect. And the classical case is cited to support the statement which treated with purslane mixture. [Conclusion] It is worthwhile to learn and promote Professor WEI’s experience of treating verruca planae, which gets satisfying clinical effect. |
