| [Objective] To summarize the experience of Professor LIU Sheng in treating triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and providing new ideas for the dialectical treatment of TNBC. [Methods] By arranging the information of outpatients of Professor LIU, the rules of individual agreement and the law of medication were analyzed, and the incidence of TNBC was summarized. It was generalized that deficiency of five organs was the foundation of TNBC, and sticking of pathogenic factors such as wind, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin, were the characteristics of the pathogenesis. And a case was presented as evidence. [Results] Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of other types of breast cancer in the past, Professor LIU elaborates that the characteristics of the pathogenesis of TNBC are deficiency of genuine Qi and excess of pathogenic factor, phlegm and heat, the wind carries poison and evil. Therefore, the principles of invigorating spleen and kidney, detoxifying and dispelling wind are used, and a personal agreement prescription is formed. In the case, Professor LIU used invigorating spleen and kidney, detoxifying and dispelling wind methods, adjusting the tempering and regulating the five organs and blood, supplemented with detoxifying and dispelling wind to prevent recurrence and metastasis, and prolonging the survival of patients based on improving their quality of life. [Conclusion] Professor LIU's treats TNBC with invigorating spleen and kidney, detoxifying and dispelling wind methods, it can effectively relieve postoperative symptoms and improve quality of life. |
