| [目的]研究调神平亢汤治疗溢脉型郁证的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]采用随机平行对照方法，将47例患者分为试验组25例、对照组22例，分别给予调神平亢汤和丹栀逍遥丸，1剂/d，疗程2周。观察比较两组患者症状自评量表(self-reporting inventory/symptom check list-90，SCL-90)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale，HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA)和中医症状量表评分变化以及实验室检查结果及服药后不良事件发生情况，以上指标治疗前后各评价一次。[结果]治疗后试验组总有效率(80%)高于对照组(50%)；组内比较显示，治疗后两组SCL-90、HAMD、HAMA、中医症状量表评分均较治疗前有所下降(P＜0.05)；组间比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05)，无严重不良事件发生。[结论]调神平亢汤治疗溢脉型郁证，对患者SCL-90、HAMD、HAMA、中医症状量表各因子皆有改善作用，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effects and safety about depressed syndrome of Yi pulse type treated by Tiaoshen Pingkang decoction. [Methods] Forty-seven patients were divided into experimental group(25 cases) and control group(22 cases) by randomized parallel control method. The patients in experimental group were treated with Tiaoshen Pingkang decoction, while the patients in control group took Danzhi Xiaoyao pill, one dose per day, with a treatment course of 2 weeks for both groups. Main effective indexes were graded by self-reporting inventory/symptom check list-90(SCL-90), Hamilton depression scale(HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and TCM symptom scale. Main safety indexes included laboratory test and adverse event after taking the medicines. Evaluate the indexes before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group(80%) was higher than control group(50%). Comparing within groups, the score of the 4 scales were all declined in the two groups(P＜0.05).Compared among groups, it indicated that there were similar impact of both medications(P＞0.05). There was no serious adverse events occurred. [Conclusion] For treating the depressed syndrome of Yi pulse type, Tiaoshen Pingkang decoction has obvious curative effect on the 4 scales. It has high safety and worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
