      [目的]探讨陈意教授治疗不寐的用药组方规律。[方法]收集陈意教授2014至2016年在浙江省中医院诊治不寐的病案,采用SPSS软件、SPSS Clementine12.0 软件、Liquorice软件,以频数分析法、复杂分析网络、聚类分析的方法,对陈意教授治疗不寐的临床用药进行分析,结合临床实践总结陈意教授治疗不寐的用药组方规律。[结果]陈意教授治疗不寐的高频药物是炒枣仁、五味子、远志筒、丹参、茯苓、淮小麦、甘草、香附、黄连等。根据复杂网络分析,陈意教授治疗不寐核心方为炒枣仁-五味子-远志筒-茯苓-淮小麦-丹参-香附-甘草。高频药物聚类分析的结果是分为五类:第一类为炒枣仁、琥珀、丹参、淮小麦、龙骨、牡蛎、石菖蒲、五味子、郁金、远志筒;第二类为柏子仁、百合、地骨皮、煅龙骨、煅牡蛎、黄柏、麦冬、生地、知母;第三类为柴胡、炒白芍、川芎、当归、甘草、香附、枳壳;第四类为陈皮、茯苓、厚朴、姜半夏、龙齿、吴茱萸;第五类为黄连、黄芩、焦山栀。[结论]通过数据挖掘技术可以分析得出陈意教授治疗不寐临床用药灵活、精准,药必执法,擅于补虚泻实,平衡阴阳,值得深入探讨学习。

      [Objective]To explore Professor CHEN Yi's prescription for the treatment of insomnia.[Method] Collecting the sleepless medical records of Professor CHEN Yi from 2014 to 2016 in Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, using SPSS software, SPPS Clementine12.0 software, Liquorice software, using frequency analysis method, complex analysis network and cluster analysis method to analyze the clinical drugs used by Professor CHEN Yi. And in combination with clinical practice, summarize Professor CHEN Yi's treatment of insomnia medication prescriptions.[Results]Professor CHEN Yi's high-frequency drugs for treating insomnia are fried jujube, Schisandra,Yuanzhi tube, Salvia, Poria, Huai wheat, licorice, Xiangfu, Huanglian, etc. According to the analysis of complex networks, Professor CHEN Yi's core prescription for insomnia is Suanzaoren-Schisandra-Yuanzhi tube-Fulin-Huai wheat-Salvia-Xiangfu-licorice. The results of high-frequency drugs cluster analysis are divided into five categories. The first category is fried jujube kernel, amber, salvia miltiorrhiza, Huai wheat, keel, oyster, calamus, Schisandra fruit, turmeric, polygalea tube; The second category is cypress seed, lily, rhizoma aconiti, calcined keel, calcined oyster, cypress, radix ophiopogonis, rhizoma anemarrhenae; The third category is bupleurum, Fried paeony, chuanxiong, angelica, licorice, rhizome, fructus aurantii; The 4th kind is Chenpi, tuckahoe, magnolia officinalis, ginger pinellia, dragon tooth, dogwood; The fifth type is Huanglian, Huangqin and Jiaoshanzhi.[Conclusion]Through data mining technology, it can be concluded that Professor CHEN Yi is flexible and precise in clinical medication for insomnia, and he is good at reinforcing deficiency and eliminating excess, and balancing Yin and Yang.
