| [目的]介绍楼丽华教授运用外治法治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的临床经验。[方法]总结楼师对哺乳期乳腺炎辨证分型、论治原则的认识，阐述及分析楼师在临床上常用的各种外治方法，并且附临床医案加以验证。[结果]楼师认为哺乳期乳腺炎多属于“表阳里阴”证，主张“温通治痈”，常在中药内服基础上施以多种外治手段。通过手法通乳疏通瘀滞乳络；以油剂外涂修复与保护皮肤屏障；特创中药外敷方化瘀托脓、消肿止痛；运用穿刺抽脓法祛腐排毒。内外兼治，在临床实践中疗效显著，不仅减轻了患者痛苦，而且最大限度地保护了乳房功能和外形。所举验案运用中药外敷、穿刺抽脓的外治法结合中药温通、哺乳指导，多管齐下，取得良好疗效。[结论]楼丽华教授灵活运用手法通乳、油剂外涂、中药外敷、穿刺抽脓等外治方法治疗哺乳期乳腺炎，效果显著，值得学习和效法。 |

| [Objective]To introduce Professor LOU Lihua's experience in treating lactation mastitis by external therapy.[Methods]The paper summarizes LOU's understanding of the nursing mastitis syndrome differentiation and treatment principles,expound and analyze the various external treatment methods commonly used in clinic,and verify them with clinical medical cases.[Results] Pro.LOU believes that lactational mastitis belongs to the syndrome of “exterior-Yang-interior-Yin” and advocates “warming and dredging treatment of carbuncle” and often applies various external treatment methods on the basis of Chinese medicine.Through Tongru manipulation,dredge the blood stasis and stagnation of the emulsifiable collaterals;repairing and protecting the skin barrier by external application of oil;removing blood stasis and pus,relieving swelling and pain by external application of special traditional Chinese medicine;and removing detoxification by the technique of puncture and aspiration.Combining with the internal treatments in clinical practice, these external treatments make the curative effect remarkable,not only alleviating the pain of patients,but also maximizing the protection of breast function and shape.In this case, Professor LOU uesd external application of traditional Chinese medicine, puncture and aspiration of pus combining with traditional Chinese medicine, breast-feeding guidance to treat the disease and achieved good results. [Conclusion]Professor LOU flexibly uses such external treatment methods as Tongru manipulation, oil coating, traditional Chinese medicine application, puncture and purulent aspiration to treat breast-feeding mastitis. The effect is remarkable, and it is worth learning and emulating. |
