| [目的]从“阳虚阴不内守”角度解释王海霞教授临床中运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤的经验。[方法]通过侍诊学习，收集整理王海霞教授的医案，总结王海霞教授在临床中运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤的临床经验。列举两例典型案例，从“阳虚阴不内守”的角度阐释其病因病机，并验证桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗该类病证的临床疗效。[结果]“阳虚而阴不内守”可导致各种阴液耗损的疾病。所举验案中，遗精患者为阴阳失调，肾阳虚则精不内守而外泄；产后多汗者则为营卫失和，卫阳虚则营阴不内守，导致持续汗出，两者皆可辨为阳虚之证，运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加味可起到调和阴阳、固涩阴液的作用，阴平阳秘则诸患皆和。[结论]人体是阴阳平衡的统一体，阴阳失调，则病从中生。对于因“阳虚阴不内守”所导致的遗精、多汗等病证，可用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗，调阴阳、和营卫，活用此方，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor WANG Haixia’s experience in the treatment of “Yin does not remain due to Yang deficiency” syndrome with Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.[Methods]Through consultating, studying and collecting the medical records of Professor WANG Haixia, the clinical experience of Professor WANG in using of Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction was summarized, and the pathogenesis of “Yin does not remain due to Yang deficiency” was explained. The typical cases of spermatorrhea and hyperhidrosis were cited, and the etiology and pathogenesis was elucidated from the point of “Yin does not remain due to Yang deficiency”, finally the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction was verified. [Results]Yang deficiency can cause many syndromes of depletion of Yin fluid. The cases were identified as Yang deficiency, disharmony of Yin and Yang was the pathogenesis of spermatorrhea, deficiency of kidney Yang led to seminal emission; similarly, the pathogenesis of hyperhidrosis was imbalance of Ying and Wei, Ying Yin did not remain due to deficiency of Wei Yang, resulted in hyperhidrosis. After treated with Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction to coordinate Yin and Yang and fix astringent Yin fluid, all symptoms were alleviated when Yin and Yang were in equilibrium.[Conclusion] Equilibrium of Yin and Yang means health，while disharmony between Yin and Yang usually leads to diseases. Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction has guiding significance in the treatment of “Yin does not remain due to Yang deficiency” syndrome, which can regulate Yin and Yang, reconcile Ying and Wei, and flexible application of this prescription is worth learning. |
