[目的]探讨“一环五点”教学法对《中医基础理论》课程教学的影响。[方法]研究对象随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用“一环五点”教学法,具体实施方法为基于临床这一重要环节,突破《中医基础理论》教学中的五大要点,即基于临床阐明其特点,基于临床确立其重点,基于临床攻克其难点,基于临床弥补其漏点,基于临床杜绝其盲点;对照组采用系统讲授教学法,具体实施过程为仅根据《中医基础理论》教材相关内容进行系统地讲解,并进行归纳总结。通过学生问卷调查和临床案例分析等对“一环五点”教学法在《中医基础理论》教学中的作用进行评价。[结果]学生问卷调查显示,基于“一环五点”教学法能激发学生学习兴趣,活跃课堂教学气氛,启迪学生积极思考,增进师生彼此交流;临床案例分析显示,“一环五点”教学法有助于学生正确地理解、掌握和运用中医基础理论,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]“一环五点”教学法有助于完善《中医基础理论》课程教学模式,有利于提高学生的学习积极性、认知水平以及学以致用的能力。 |

[Objective] To explore the effect of the teaching methods of “one-link and five-point” on the teaching of the course“Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine”. [Methods]Researched subjects were divided into study group and control group, the study group applied the teaching methods of “one-link and five-point”, namely expounded the characteristic, defined the stress, overcame the difficulty, remedied the defect, stopped the blindness on the basis of clinic in the teaching of the course “Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine”;The control group applied the teaching methods of the systematic instruction, namely systematically instructed, concluded and summarized on the textbook of “Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine”. It comprehensively evaluated the effect of the teaching methods of “one-link and five-point” on the teaching of the course“Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine” through the students' questionnaire and the clinical case analysis. [Results] The students' questionnaire showed that the teaching methods of“one-link and five-point” could improve students' interest in learning, activate the atmosphere of classroom, arouse students' thinking, enhance communication between teachers and students;The clinical case analysis showed that the teaching methods of “one-link and five-points” were helpful to correctly understand, grasp and apply the knowledge of “the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine”, there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The teaching method of “one-link and five-point” is helpful to improve the teaching mode on the course “Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine”, to enhance the students' learning motivation and ability of cognition and studying for the purpose of application. |
