| [目的]总结肖鲁伟从医40余年的临床学术经验。[方法]肖鲁伟主任中医师为“浙派中医”骨伤学科的领航人，长期从事中医骨伤的临床、教学、科研工作，适逢浙江中医药大学60周年华诞，对其访谈记录、医案整理、科研成果的系统挖掘，剖析其学术脉络与学术思想。[结果]肖老根据多年的临床经验，针对骨关节炎、骨坏死、骨质疏松症等骨伤疾病，创新性提出“髓系骨病”的概念，总结得出“诸骨病萎，皆属于髓”，并在“髓系骨病”的基础与临床方面开展了深入研究，系统构建了“髓系骨病”理论体系。[结论]肖鲁伟主任传承不泥古，发扬不离中，发皇古义，融合中西，坚持在骨伤领域实践并推荐中医药现代化，为浙派骨伤的传承发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Prof. XIAO Luwei.[Methods] Professor XIAO Luwei is the outstanding represent of orthopedics-traumatology expert from "Zhe-School of Chinese Medicine". He has been engaged in the clinic, teaching and scientific research of orthopedics-traumatology of Chinese medicine for more than 40 years. Coinciding with the 60th anniversary of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, it’s a good opportunity to apply the methods of interviewing, medical records analysis and systematic mining the scientific research results, etc. [Results]The most representative academic achievement of Prof. XIAO is that he proposes a new concept in the field of bone and joint disease that is "myeloid bone disease". He summarizes that orthopedic disease like osteoarthritis, osteonecrosis, osteoporosis and other bone injury diseases are caused by disorders of stem cells and their microenvironment. These bone and joint diseases are called "myeloid bone disease". He conducts in-depth research on the basic and clinical aspects of "myeloid bone disease" and systematically constructs a theoretical system of "myeloid bone disease".[Conclusion]XIAO Luwei director doesn't make heritage obstinately following ancient ways, carries forward the ancient meaning, itegrating Chinese and the western medicines, adheres to the practice in the field of bone injury and recommends the modernization of Chinese medicine, and has made an indelible contribution for the Zhejiang faction bone injury heritage and development. |
