| [目的]归纳总结情志“思”致病的特点及其对脏腑的影响。 [方法]通过查阅大量文献资料，分析理解“思”所表达的意义、“思”致病的特点、“思”与脾胃的关系、“思”与其他情志之间的联系与区别、“思”对于其他脏腑的影响与损伤，并附三则古代医案佐证，来阐明“思”这种致病因素的特殊性。[结果] 作为致病的情志因素，“思”与脾胃密切相关，“思”产生于脾胃，反过来对于脾胃的影响也最大；“思”是一种特殊的情志因素，虽属于中医七情之一，但与其他六情不同，它是一种似是而非的情志因素；“思”还能与其他多种情志相兼为病，多与其他情绪交结在一起，故其致病不独伤脾，也可能伤肝、伤心、伤肺、伤肾。[结论]临床诊治因“思”致病时，宜考虑“思”与脾胃的关联性、是否与其他情志相兼为病、是否伤及多个脏器，以便更好地诊断、治疗病症。 |

| [Objective]To conclude the pathogenic character of emotional "anxiety", and its influence on viscera. [Methods]By consulting a lot of literatures, the understandings of the meaning of "anxiety", the pathogenic characteristics of "anxiety", the relationship between "anxiety" and spleen, the connection and difference between "anxiety" and other emotions, and the influence and damage of "anxiety" on other viscera was summarized and analyzed, and three ancient medical cases were added to clarify the particularity of "anxiety" as a pathogenic factor.[Results] As a pathogenic emotional factor, "anxiety" is closely related to spleen and stomach,"anxiety" is originated from spleen and stomach,and has the greatest influence on spleen and stomach in turn."Anxiety" is a special emotional factor, it belongs to the seven emotions of traditional Chinese medicine, but it is different from the other six emotions. "Anxiety" can cause diseases combined with other emotions and is often associated with other emotions. Therefore, "Anxiety" causes diseases not only leading to impairment of the spleen, but also impairment of the liver, heart, lung and kidney.[Conclusion] In clinical diagnosis and treatment, the correlation between "anxiety" and spleen and stomach, whether it is accompanied by other emotions, and whether multiple organs are injured should be considered, so as to better diagnose and treat diseases. |
