| [目的]总结介绍罗秀素从“水泛为痰，水沸为痰”理论论治恶性淋巴瘤( malignant lymphoma ,ML)的经验。[方法]通过对罗师论文、著作的学习，聆听教诲，以及对典型医案的收集、整理，分别从病因病机、辨证论治两方面来总结其ML诊治经验，并举验案予以佐证。[结果]罗师指出，ML应归属“痰核”范畴，主要病机为“水泛为痰，水沸为痰”致痰浊内生凝结成核，治疗上罗师将此病分为脾肾阳虚型与肝肾阴虚型两型，分别以金匮肾气丸合理中丸和加味四物汤合消瘤丸治疗，佐以理气活血化瘀。所举医案中罗师抓住肝肾阴虚引起“水沸为痰”，从“痰”论治，经多年治疗未见复发。[结论]罗师诊疗恶性淋巴瘤从“痰”论治，究其痰之因，治其本，常获佳效，值得后学借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To summarize and introduce LUO Xiusu's experience in treating malignant lymphoma(ML) from the theory of "water flooding is phlegm，water boiling is phlegm".[Method]To study and research LUO Xiusu's papers and books, to follow his guidance and collect and arrange typical medical records, by these methods ,summarize LUO Xiusu's experience of diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoma into three parts, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment. And examine the case to corroborate.[Results] Combined with classical theories and personal experience, Master LUO points out: ML should belong to "phlegm nucleus" in TCM. The main pathogenesis is "water flooding for phlegm, water boiling for phlegm" causing phlegm turbid endogenic condensation into nucleus. Doctor LUO divides ML into two types: Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type and liver-kidney Yin deficiency type. They were treated with Jinkui Shenqi pill with Lizhong pill and revised Siwu decoction with Xiaoliu pill, which combined with regulating Qi, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In the medical case, LUO Shi grasped the deficiency of liver and kidney Yin causing "water boiling into phlegm". From the treatment of "phlegm", no recurrence was found after many years of treatment. [Conclusion]Master LUO 's diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoma is based on the theory of "phlegm”, to investigate causes of phlegm and to treat the root cause of malignant lymphoma is worth learning. |
