| [目的]总结浙江省名中医章勤教授治疗薄型子宫内膜患者不孕症的临床辨治经验。[方法]通过跟随章教授临诊，学习收集医案，总结章教授临床治疗薄型子宫内膜患者不孕症之学术观点和临床经验，并举验案一则以佐证。[结果] 章教授认为薄型子宫内膜患者其病因分以“局部因素”与“全身因素”两方面，“局部因素”指由于各种局部原因导致子宫内膜组织的结构和功能破坏继而发生薄型子宫内膜，以奇经受损、肾虚血瘀为病机，当以补肾活血化瘀之法治之；而“全身因素”指以肾精亏虚为本，故以补肾填精法治之。所举验案为薄型子宫内膜合并宫腔粘连的患者，以补肾活血化瘀法联合宫腔镜下粘连分解术治疗后，其多年不孕症告愈。[结论] 章勤教授针对薄型子宫内膜患者助孕分病因而治，思路清晰，特色鲜明，疗效显著，值得学习与推广。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the experience of Professor ZHANG Qin in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of infertility of patients with thin endometrium. [Methods] By following Professor ZHANG's clinical work and collecting medical cases, Professor ZHANG's academic views and clinical experience in treating infertility of patients with thin endometrium was summarized, and one typical case was presented as proof. [Results] According to Professor ZHANG, the etiology of thin endometrium can be divided into "local factors" and "systemic factors". The "local factors" refer to thin endometrium secondary to various local factors leading to damage of the structure and function of endometrial tissue, the pathogenesis is Qijing damage, kidney deficiency and blood stasis. The treatment includes tonifying kidney, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. However, thin endometrium caused by"systemic factors" is based on deficiency of kidney essence, so it is necessary to tonify kidney and replenish essence. The case was diagnosed as thin endometrium with intrauterine adhesions. After the treatment of invigorating kidney, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with hysteroscopic adhesions decomposition, the patient achieved good results. [Conclusion] Professor ZHANG Qin's strategy of pregnancy aid for thin endometrium depends on different pathogenies, which is clear in thought, distinctive in character and effective in effect, and it is worth learning and popularizing. |
