| [目的]介绍周恩超教授辨证论治肾性蛋白尿的临床经验和学术观点。[方法]通过随周恩超教授门诊学习，整理其治疗肾性蛋白尿的病案，并阅读相关典籍、著作以及论文，结合中医理论对 “蛋白尿”病因病机的认识，详尽论述周恩超教授治疗肾性蛋白尿的临床经验和学术观点，并举一则验案佐证。[结果]周恩超教授认为肾性蛋白尿病机多为脾肾亏虚，邪气内侵，其中邪气以湿、风、瘀为主，临证应谨守病机，从补肾健脾、清利湿热、祛风活络等方面辨证施治。所举验案以补益脾肾为本，佐以清利、祛风、化瘀，取得良好的疗效。[结论]周恩超教授从虚、湿、风、瘀论治肾性蛋白尿，临床疗效显著，其学术经验值得借鉴和推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To introduce Professor ZHOU Enchao’s clinical experience and academic views in treating renal proteinuria.[Method] Through copying and sorting formulae of Professor ZHOU Enchao’s treating renal proteinuria, reading some books and papers about renal proteinuria, combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of proteinuria，to introduce Professor ZHOU Enchao’s clinical experience and academic views in treating renal proteinuria detailedly ,as well as list one proven case. [Results] Professor ZHOU Enchao thinks renal proteinuria is mostly because of spleen-kidney deficiency and pathogenic Qi invasion, and the pathogenic Qi mostly about dampness, wind, blood stasis. Using this criterion and definiting treatment project in clinical practice from these aspects like strengthening spleen and kidneys, eliminating dampness and heat, dispelling the wind and removing blood stasis, etc.The consilia given is taking strengthening spleen and kidney as the foremost, eliminating dampness, dispelling the wind, removing blood stasis secondly,and makes good curative effect.[Conclusion]Professor ZHOU Enchao’s treating renal proteinuria from“weak” “dampness” “wind”and “blood stasis”is clinically effective and worthy of reference and promotion. |
