| [目的]总结艾儒棣教授从肝论治男性型脱发辨证诊疗思维和临证选方用药经验。[方法]通过跟随艾儒棣教授临证抄方及对艾儒棣教授治疗男性型脱发医案的收集、整理、归纳，从病因病机、选方用药等方面论述艾儒棣教授从肝论治男性型脱发的学术观点及临证诊疗思维，并举验案一则以佐证。[结果]艾儒棣教授另辟蹊径以肝为着眼点辨证论治男性型脱发，认为肝肾藏泄失调是发病主因是其基本病机，治疗上不离“乙癸同源”原则，以补肾益精为本，平肝潜阳为标，兼顾它脏，扶正祛邪。所举案例以此法为要，以六味地黄汤为基础方,益肾生发，疏肝止脱，疗效显著。[结论]艾儒棣教授从肝论治男性型脱发，临床疗效突出，其宝贵经验值得我辈认真研习、借鉴和推广。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor AI Rudi's experience in differentiating and treating male alopecia from the theory of liver treatment and selecting clinical prescriptions.[Method] By following Professor AI Rudi and collecting, sorting out and summarizing the medical records of treating male alopecia, this paper discussed Professor AI Rudi's academic viewpoint and clinical thinking of treating male alopecia from the aspects of pathogenesis, prescription, medication experience etc, and cited a case to prove it. [Result] Professor AI Rudi made a new approach to treat male alopecia from the theory of liver treatment. He believes that liver and kidney dysfunction is the main cause of the disease. The treatment should be based on the principle of “Yi and Kui are derived from the same origin”. That is focus on tonifying the kidney and benefiting the essence as its fundamental, with calming the liver and suppressing the Yang as supplement. Also consider other viscera and strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factor.The case cited is based on Liuwei Dihuang Decoction, which can nourish the kidney and promote hair growth, soothe the liver and stop alopecia. The curative effect is remarkable.[Conclusion] Professor AI Rudi's treatment of male alopecia from the liver has outstanding clinical efficacy.His valuable experience is worthy of our generation's careful study, reference and promotion. |
