| [目的]浅析陕西省名中医贾成文教授经筋、皮部理论并用，辅以古典傍针刺法、古典温补手法“烧山火”，从虚从寒论治肩痹的经验。[方法]通过跟随贾教授日常临诊，收集整理贾教授工作室的临床病例资料，查阅肩痹相关文献，总结贾教授针刺治疗肩痹的学术思想和临床经验，并附临证医案。[结果]贾教授认为肩痹多从虚从寒论治，再根据经筋、皮部理论，选取腕踝针相应分区内的进针点及经筋交汇处作为针刺进针点，辅以“以痛为输，已知为度”的治疗经筋病的傍针刺法及“治寒以温”的“烧山火”温补手法。本文所举实例，为笔者临床跟师之际，贾教授诊疗肩痹时先治以腕踝针，再在相应穴位施以“烧山火”手法及傍针刺法，所得疗效显著。[结论]贾教授以虚寒理论作为指导思想，运用经筋、皮部理论，结合古典针刺手法，在临床治疗肩痹过程中方法独特，疗效显著，值得临床推广。 |

| [Objective]To analyze the experience of treating shoulder arthralgia from deficiency and cold by combining the theories of meridians and skins from JIA Chengwen, a famous professor of traditional Chinese medicine in Shaanxi Province, supplemented by classical acupuncture and classical warm supplementation techniques of "burning mountain fire". [Methods] By following Professor JIA's daily clinic, collecting and sorting out the clinical cases data of Professor JIA's studio, consulting the relevant literature of shoulder arthralgia, summing up Professor JIA's academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of shoulder arthralgia, and attaching clinical medical records. [Results] Professor JIA believed that shoulder arthralgia was mostly treated from deficiency and cold, and then, according to the theory of meridian tendons and skin, the needle entry points of the intersection of meridians and tendons in the corresponding division of wrist and ankle were selected as acupuncture points, supplemented by "pain as infusion". The acupuncture method for the treatment of meridian muscle disease and the "burning mountain fire" warming technique of "treating cold by warming" are known to be effective in clinical diagnosis and treatment of shoulder arthralgia. [Conclusion] Professor JIA takes the theory of deficiency cold as the guiding ideology, applies the theory of meridian tendons and skin, combined with classical acupuncture manipulation, in the process of clinical treatment of shoulder arthralgia, the method is unique, the curative effect is remarkable, and it is worth popularizing in clinic. |
