| [目的]总结导师张立山教授从三阳合病论治小儿外感发热的经验。[方法] 通过查找阅读相关文献资料，论述小儿外感发热易三阳合病的特点，对导师张立山教授论治小儿外感发热的经验加以总结，并附验案二则加以佐证。[结果]张师认为小儿纯阳之体，脏腑娇嫩，易外感内伤而发热。针对其易从阳化热及常兼食滞、痰饮的病因病机，从三阳合病论治小儿外感发热，切中病机，疗效较佳。所举化脓性扁桃体炎及小儿不明原因反复发热两则验案均符合三阳合病病机，从此入手，以少阳代表方小柴胡汤为基础，再加太阳、阳明相关方剂，合方加减，均取得了满意的临床疗效。[结论]从三阳合病论治小儿外感发热，切中病机，可达迅速退热之效，具有临床应用价值，值得进一步推广运用。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor ZHANG Lishan’s experience of treating pediatric exogenous fever from the aspect of concurrent disease of three Yang Channels.[Methods] Through looking up relevant medical literatures, discussing the characteristics of pediatric exogenous fever liable to suffer from concurrent disease of three Yang channels, the clinical experience of Professor ZHANG Lishan in treating pediatric exogenous fever was summarized, and two proven cases were presented. [Results] Professor ZHANG believes that children have the pure Yang body constitution, but the internal organs are still tender, thus they are easily affected by exogenous or endogenous pathogenic factors which cause fever. Pointing to the pathogenesis of heat transformed from excessive Yang and often combined with dyspepsia and phlegm, good clinical effect can be achieved through treating pediatric exogenous fever from the aspect of concurrent disease of three Yang channels, as this method aligns with the pathogenesis. Cases of suppurative tonsillitis and pediatric recurrent fever of unknown origin were in line with the pathogenesis of concurrent disease of three Yang channels, both patients received satisfactory clinical results after treated from the pathogenesis, using Xiao Chaihu decoction as basic decoction, which was a representative formula of Shaoyang disease, combined with Taiyang and Yangming formulas and adjusted slightly. [Conclusion]Clinical practice has proved that the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever from concurrent disease of three Yang channels aligns with the pathogenesis, brings down fever swiftly, it is effective and worthy of further promotion. |
