| [目的]运用数据挖掘技术分析现代文献中针灸治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy，DN)的选穴规律。[方法]通过对中国期刊全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang database)、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(China Biology Medicine disc，CBMdisc)、Pubmed、The Cochrane Library和EMbase数据库中的文献进行检索和梳理，检索年限自建库起至2018年12月31日，分析针灸治疗DN的选穴规律。[结果]共纳入文献78篇，针灸处方110个，现代针灸治疗DN腧穴使用频次最高的依次是肾俞、足三里、太溪、三阴交，经外奇穴使用频次最高的为胃脘下俞；选取腧穴所属经脉以足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经为主；特定穴选取以五输穴为最多；选取腧穴所在部位主要是下肢和背腰部。系统聚类得到6个有效聚类群，Apriori算法关联规则得出肾俞和足三里同时出现的支持度最高。[结论]针灸治疗DN遵循脏腑辨证结合经络辨证、从病因病机论治、局部取穴和随症取穴相结合的规律。 |

| [Objective]To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN) in modern literature by data mining.[Methods]Relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of DN since establishment of database up to December 31, 2018 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), WanFang database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc), Pubmed, the Cochrane Library and EMbase databases were searched and sorted out to analyze the acupoint selection rules.[Results]Totally Seventy-eight literatures were included, and 110 acupuncture prescriptions were included. The acupoints selected by modern literature for the treatment of DN were mainly Shenshu, Zusanli, Taixi and Sanyinjiao.The meridians of acupoints were selected to be mainly the foot solar bladder meridian, foot Taiyin spleen meridian and foot Yangming stomach meridian. Wushu acupoints were the most selected specific points. The parts of the selected acupoints were mainly the lower limbs and the back and waist. The system clustering resulted in 6 effective clusters. The association rules of Apriori algorithm showed that Shenshu and Zusanli had the highest degree of support at the same time.[Conclusion]The treatment of DN by acupuncture and moxibustion follows the rules of syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu organs combined with meridian differentiation, treatment based on etiology and pathogenesis, local acupoint selection combined with acupoint selection according to symptoms. |
