| [目的]在“以研究生为中心”的培养模式下，探究中医骨伤科学住院医师规范化培训(以下简称规培)研究生临床科研能力培养的方法。[方法]从临床科研能力培养的重要性出发，分析科研能力培养存在的问题，并以骨科临床科学引文索引(science citation index，SCI)论文的撰写与发表为目的与手段，选择“以研究生为中心”的教学模式，培养中医骨伤科学规培研究生临床科研综合能力。[结果]经过3年的探索与实践，教师作用由“传授”转向“引导”，教学模式由“重教”转向“重学”，培养过程中将知识、能力、素质有机融合，研究生临床科研的综合能力得到了有效提升。通过3年的实践，共培养中医骨伤科学研究生3名，发表SCI论文7篇，研究生科研素养快速提升，科研临床协同发展。同时，也大大提升了研究生的毕业就业竞争力。[结论]以骨科临床SCI论文的撰写与发表为目的与手段，有效实施“以研究生为中心”的教学模式，可使中医骨伤科学规培研究生的临床科研能力得到有效提升。 |

| [Objective] To explore the method of clinical scientific research capacity training of the postgraduates of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) at standardized training of residents, under the training mode of "student-centered".[Methods] Based on the importance of clinical research capacity training, taking the writing and publication of orthopedic clinical science citation index(SCI) manuscripts as the purpose and means, the problems existing in the cultivation of scientific research capacity of the postgraduates of Orthopedics and Traumatology of TCM at standardized training of residents were analyzed, and the "student-centered" training mode was adopted to train the comprehensive clinical research capacity of the postgraduates of Orthopedics and Traumatology of TCM at standardized training of residents.[Results] After three years of exploration and practice, the role of teachers has changed from "teaching" to "guiding", and the training mode has changed from "emphasizing teaching" to "emphasizing learning". Integrating knowledge, ability and quality in the process of training can effectively improve the comprehensive clinical scientific research capacity of postgraduates of Orthopedics and Traumatology of TCM. Through three years of practice, three postgraduates acquired their degree, and seven SCI manuscripts were published. The scientific research accomplishment of postgraduates improved rapidly and scientific research capacity developed in coordination with clinical practice. At the same time, it has greatly enhanced the competitiveness of employment.[Conclusion] With the purpose and means of writing and publishing Orthopedic clinical SCI manuscripts, the effective implementation of the "student-centered" training mode can effectively improve the clinical research capacity of the postgraduates of Orthopedics and Traumatology of TCM at standardized training of residents. |
