| [目的]对盛增秀运用经典名方归脾汤、逍遥散、越鞠丸调治亚健康的经验进行说解。[方法]通过整理盛老师治疗亚健康的门诊资料，选取其中具有代表性的医案3则，通过医案举隅、盛师按语、学习者思考、疾病分析、文献溯源、归纳总结等形式详细地分析医案。[结果]盛老师认为亚健康的治疗应遵循“疏其血气，令其调达”的准则，临床对于以乏力、失眠、健忘、面色不华、脉细弱等心脾两虚证为主要表现的患者，给予归脾汤加减治疗；对于急躁易怒、神疲食少、胸闷胁胀、脉弦而缓等以肝脾不和为主症的患者，给予逍遥散以加减治疗；对于情绪紧张、抑郁、烦闷不畅、脉象有力等以气机郁滞为主要表现的患者，则以越鞠丸加减治疗。同时，应重视轻清透邪之品和重镇安神药的使用。于治疗时更要嘱咐病人合理作息、保持心情愉悦。[结论]盛增秀老师谨守病机，运用归脾汤、逍遥散、越鞠丸调治亚健康疗效显著。 |

| [Objective] To explain the experience of SHENG Zengxiu using the classic prescription Guipi decoction, Xiaoyao decoction and Yueju decoction to regulate sub-health.[Methods] Select three representative medical cases for the treatment of sub-health, and the cases were evaluated by SHENG and summarized in the form of analysis of disease and syndrome, literature citation, etc.[Results] SHENG believes that the treatment of sub-health should follow the treatment criterion “regulating Qi and blood to keep it unobstructed”. The clinical practice is that mainly for fatigue, insomnia, forgetfulness, subtle color, thin or weak pulse, and other symptoms of heart and spleen deficiency syotrome, give Guipi decoction for treatment; for patients with irritability, emotional depression, fatigue and poor appetite, chest staganation and distention, string and less pulse, and in coordination between the liver and the spleen, Xiaoyao decoction is used with addition and subtraction; for patients with emotional stress, depression, emotien unstable and blockaged, strong pulse, such as Qi stagnation, the treatment of Yueju decoction is added.[Conclusion] SHENG Zengxiu is obsessed with the pathogenesis, and the use of Guipi decoction, Xiaoyao decoction and Yueju decoction to treat sub-health which has significant curative effect and is worthy of promotion. |
