| [目的]探讨仲景应用甘草干姜汤的理法内涵。[方法]基于《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》原文，以经解经，分析甘草干姜汤在原文中的应用内涵，并结合配伍应用与临床验案加以验证。[结果]甘草干姜汤在原文的应用中包含两大理法内涵:一为津液蕴阴阳，复阳养阴常以津液为先；二是中焦胃气承上制下，三焦枢机，常以中焦为主。此方常作为基础方干形成诸多配伍应用，应用于以太阴病机为基础的诸多病机病证。[结论]甘草干姜汤是“保胃气，存津液”的应用体现，也是三阴病中方药应用的基础方干，探求溯源其理法有助于深刻理解仲景思想，加强对经方的应用。 |

| [Objective] To explore the application of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction. [Method] By analyzing the principle of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction based on the original texts of Shanghan Lun and Jinkui Yaolue to discover the secrets in its application, and to prove it by compatibility application and clinical proved cases. [Results] According to the original texts, there are two principles in this prescription: One is that saving body fluid which contains Yin and Yang is the first way to restore Yang and nourish Yin; the other is that the stomach Qi can nourish the upper Jiao and restrict lower Jiao so that the tri-jiao is often dominated by the middle Jiao. Besides, Gancao Ganjiang Decoction appears in many classical prescriptions as basic prescription, which is applied to Taiyin pathogenesis in many diseases. [Conclusion] The application of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction which acts as the basic prescription through the three Yin diseases reflects the principle of“protecting gastric Qi and storing body fluid”. Seeking its origin will help us to deeply understand Zhang Zhongjing's thought and strengthen the application of classical prescriptions. |
