| [目的] 基于中医传承辅助平台，整理总结陈永灿治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的用药规律。[方法] 收集2017年7月至2018年7月浙江省立同德医院陈永灿治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的医案处方，利用中医传承辅助平台，采用频数、关联及聚类分析挖掘其用药经验和规律。[结果]共收集处方228首，中药197味，性味以温寒平、苦甘辛为多，归经以脾胃肺肝为主，高频药物有甘草、大枣、半夏、陈皮、黄连、枳壳、吴茱萸、蒲公英等，常用药物组合有“甘草-大枣”“半夏-甘草”等，计算得出核心组合4个，新处方2个。[结论]陈永灿治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎，以仲景学说为指导，以气液代谢为物质基础，主张调和通达，强调护胃舒胃，并形成自有特色的用药规律，可为临床治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎提供参考。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the medication rules of CHEN Yongcan in treating chronic erosive gastritis based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform.[Methods]The prescriptions of chronic erosive gastritis treated by CHEN Yongcan in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from July 2017 to July 2018 were collected, and the frequency analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis were carried out to analyze and excavate the medication rules based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform.[Results] There were a total of 228 prescriptions, involving 197 flavors of Chinese medicine. The main medicine tastes were bitter, sweet and spicy, and the main medicine properties were warm, cold and neutral. Medicine efficacy in meridians was mainly in spleen, stomach, lung and liver. Medicines of high frequency were Radix glycyrrhizae, Fructus jujubae, Rhizoma pinelliae, Pericarpium citri reticulatae, Rhizoma coptidis, Fructus aurantii, Fructus evodiae, Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. and so on. The medicine pairs with common combination were “Radix glycyrrhizae-Fructus jujubae”“Rhizoma pinelliae-Radix glycyrrhizae” and so on. There were four core combinations and 2 new prescriptions. [Conclusion] CHEN Yongcan guided by the theory of ZHANG Zhongjing, follows the “regulating and invigorating stomach Qi” as material foundation. He advocates harmonizing and stretching, and emphasizing on protecting and comforting stomach. So he forms his own characteristic medication lules, it can provide reference for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. |
