| [目的]探讨夏亲华教授以补肾调周法行卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后助孕的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师门诊，收集卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后备孕的病案，梳理该病的发病机制、治则治法等，总结夏亲华教授以补肾调周法行卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后助孕的临证用药思路与治疗经验，并附案例一则予以说明。[结果]夏亲华教授认为子宫内膜异位症术后所致不孕的病机以肾虚为本、血瘀为标，治疗上提倡补肾调周，恢复正常排卵周期，补肾固其本，活血化瘀祛其标；经间期和经前期尤重温肾助阳。所举验案为原发性不孕症、卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后，辨为肾虚血瘀证，夏师采用分期论治，经后期滋阴养血，经间期活血促排，经前期温助肾阳兼以理气，经期活血祛瘀，获得良好疗效。[结论]夏亲华教授通过补肾调周法行卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后助孕，疗效显著，为该病的治疗提供了新的思路。 |

| [Objective]To investigate Professor XIA Qinhua's experience in assisting pregnancy of postoperative ovarian endometriosis by tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation. [Methods]Through collecting Professor XIA's medical records about postoperative ovarian endometriosis, untangling the mechanism and principle and method of treatment of endometriosis, Professor XIA's thoughts of prescription and experience was summarized. And one case was attached as proof. [Results]Professor XIA considers the kidney deficiency is the basis, the blood stasis plays second fiddle. At the same time, she particularly pays more attention to tonify kidney and regulate menstruation in order to restore normal ovulation cycle, combined with tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. And warming kidney and supporting Yang was emphasized in intermenstrual period and premenstrual period. The case cited was diagnosed as primary infertility and postoperative ovarian endometriosis, and the syndrome differentiation was kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Nourishing Yin and blood was adopted in follicular phase; activating blood and promoting ovulation in ovulatory phase; warming kidney and supporting Yang and regulating vital energy in luteal phase; promoting blood circulation and removing blood in menstruation. The patient eventually got good results after menstruation regulation. [Conclusion]Professor XIA gets well curative effect on postoperative infertility in patients with endometriosis by “tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation”, which provides new ideas to clinical treatment. |
