| [目的]介绍廖慧慧教授诊治卵巢功能减退之闭经的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师学习、分析研究廖慧慧教授治疗卵巢功能减退之闭经的临床医案，从理法方药方面的审证求因，古方化裁、继承创新，身心同调、药食同治3个方面总结廖教授治疗该病的学术思想及临证经验，并举验案佐证。[结果]廖慧慧教授在继承全国名老中医张玉珍授临证治疗卵巢功能减退、卵巢早衰的经验基础上开拓创新，以清代医家叶天士“久病入络”为理论指导，认为久病胞络瘀阻、冲任失养为卵巢功能减退发生发展的病理基础及关键，其总的病机为肝肾不足、阳明早衰，瘀阻胞络、冲任失养。治疗卵巢功能减退之闭经以补益肝肾、健脾养血、活血通络为基本治则，同时注重精神和饮食调治。病案中患者因长期性激素类药物使用不当而致卵巢功能减退性闭经，廖教授辨为肝肾不足、阴虚血热证，临证将病证结合、圆机活法，予益经通络汤加减治疗，使经水利下，诸证悉除。[结论]廖慧慧教授以补益肝肾、健脾养血、活血通络为治则，方拟益经通络汤加减治疗卵巢功能减退之闭经，效果显著，值得借鉴和学习。 |

| [Objective] To introduce Professor lIAO Huihui's clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian hypofunctional amenorrhea.[Method] By studying and analyzing the clinical cases of Professor lIAO Huihui's treatment of ovarian hypofunctional amenorrhea, the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor lIAO Huihui's treatment of the disease were summarized from four aspects of principle, method, recipe and medicines, and the case was cited as evidence. [Results] Professor lIAO Huihui pioneered and innovated on the basis of inheriting the experience of the famous Chinese medicine doctor ZHANG Yuzhen in the treatment hypo-ovarianism and premature ovarian failure. And under the Qing Dynasty doctor YE Tianshi's “long illness into the collaterals” theoretical guidance, she believed that the pathological basis and key of the occurrence and development of hypo-ovarianism was collaterals blockage of long-term disease and loss of nourishment. The general pathogenesis of hypo-ovarianism was insufficient liver and kidney, premature senility of Yangming, blood stasis obstructing wterus collaterals, failure of Chong and Ren channels. The treatment of ovarian hypofunctional amenorrhea was based on the principles of tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, while paying attention to the regulation of spirit and diet. In medical records, patients with ovarian hypofunctional amenorrhea due to improper use of long-term sex hormone drugs. Professor liao identified liver and kidney insufficiency, Yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome. The clinical syndromes were combined with diseases and flexibly treated with Yijing Tongluo Decoction to eliminate all syndromes and menses. [Conclusion] Professor lIAO Huihui prescribes Yijing Tongluo Decoction for the treatment of ovarian hypofunctional amenorrhea based on the principles of tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and nourishing blood, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals. The effect is remarkable and worth learning. |
