| [目的]观察加味乌头散火龙灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的效果，为进一步治护提供更优化的解决方案。[方法]于2016年1月-12月，收集符合纳入标准的96例我院寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者。使用随机数字法将研究对象分为2组，其中常规组采用常规护理和针灸疗法，治疗组采用常规护理、针灸疗法和加味乌头散火龙灸。治疗两组患者每天治疗1次，一周治疗5次，1周为1个疗程共治疗3个疗程。评价工具为视觉模拟评分(Visual and Analogue Scale,VAS)、日本骨科学会评分表(Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscores,JOA)评分以及中医临床疗效评价标准，评价时间为治疗后7天、14天和28天。[结果]1.中医临床疗效评定:治疗组和常规组的有效率分别为85.5%和62.5%，治疗组优于常规组(P＜0.05)。2.VAS:组内VAS比较，治疗组短期(7天)止痛效果优于常规组(P＜0.05)，14天及28天跟踪评价显示效果相当。3.JOA评定:治疗后两组JOA评分均有所提高(P＜0.05)，治疗后及28天的常规组临床体征、日常活动分和JOA总分均低于治疗组(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)。4.治疗观察期间，两组患者均无不适。[结论]加味乌头散火龙灸对提高寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的近期临床疗效有显著效果，有助于改善整体治疗和护理，并且安全可靠，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of modified aconite powder Huolong moxibustion in the patients with cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation, and provide a reliable basis for more positive nursing program.[Methods]From January 2016 to December 2016, 96 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from patients admitted to our hospital. The subjects were divided into two groups by random number method. The control group was treated with acupuncture and conventional nursing. The treatment group was treated with modified aconite powder Huolong moxibustion in the basis of the control group. The treatment observation period was 14 days. The evaluation tools were Visual and Analogue Scale (VAS), JOA score, and TCM clinical efficacy evaluation criteria. The evaluation time was 7 days, 14 days and 28 days after treatment. [Results] 1. Clinical efficacy evaluation of TCM: The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.5%, and the effective rate of the control group was 62.5%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 2. VAS score: Compared with the control group, the short-term(7 days) analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The 14-day and 28-day follow-up evaluation showed similar results. 3. JOA assessment: The JOA scores of the two groups were improved after treatment. The clinical signs, daily activities and JOA scores of the treatment group were higher than control group. The clinical signs, daily activities, and JOA scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group at follow-up (28 days)(P＜0.05，P＜0.01).4. No adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment period.[Conclusion]Modified aconite powder Huolong moxibustion has a significant effect on improving the short-term clinical efficacy of cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation, which helps to improve the overall treatment and care, and is safe and reliable, and has certain clinical application value. |
