[目的]梳理总结浙江何氏妇科、杭州宣氏儿科、浙江陈木扇女科以及绍派伤寒的建设现状,为浙江学术流派传承工作室建设发展提供建议。[方法]通过检索相关文献并进行文献研究,整理浙江何氏妇科、杭州宣氏儿科、浙江陈木扇女科以及绍派伤寒的传承脉络和发展历史,归纳其学术思想,探讨学术流派传承工作室的建设情况。[结果]浙江何氏妇科、杭州宣氏儿科、浙江陈木扇女科以及绍派伤寒深入挖掘本流派的学术理论,形成了独有的诊疗思想。传承模式以家族传承为主,辅以师带徒模式,建立了研究室及多个学术流派工作站。四家学术流派研究室的建立不仅对其自身的传承与创新具有重大意义,更在浙江中医药事业的发展方面起到了举足轻重的推动作用,为浙江其他医学流派工作室的建立提供了研究经验和模式。[结论]浙江学术流派传承工作室的建设需要继续深入研究中医流派学术思想,加强研究成果的临床应用,促进学术流派的发展传承。 |

[Objective] To summarize the construction status of Zhejiang HE’s Gynecology School, Hangzhou XUAN’s Pediatrics School, Zhejiang CHEN Mushan Gynecology School and Febrile Disease of Shaoxing School, and to provide suggestions for the establishment and development of the inheritance studio of academic schools in Zhejiang Province.[Methods] Through searching relevant literature and carrying out literature research, the inheritance context and development history of Zhejiang HE’s Gynecology School, Hangzhou XUAN’s Pediatrics School, Zhejiang CHEN Mushan Gynecology School and Febrile Disease of Shaoxing School were sorted out, their academic thoughts were summarized, and the construction of inheritance studio of academic school swas discussed.[Results]Zhejiang HE’s Gynecology School, Hangzhou XUAN’s Pediatrics School, Zhejiang CHEN Mushan Gynecology School and Febrile Disease of Shaoxing School deeply explore the academic theory of their own school and form unique thoughts of diagnosis and treatment. The inheritance mode is mainly family inheritance, supplemented by the teacher-follower mode, and the research studios and several academic workstations have been established. The establishment of the research studios of the four academic schools is not only of great significance to their own inheritance and innovation, but also plays a decisive role in promotion of the development of traditional Chinese medicine, providing research experience and models for the establishment of studios of other medical schools in Zhejiang.[Conclusion]The establishment and development of the inheritance studio of academic schools in Zhejiang Province requires further study of the academic thoughts of the school of traditional Chinese medicine, strengthening of the clinical application of research results, promotion of the development and inheritance of academic schools. |
