| [目的]考证《履巉岩本草》收载刺酸草的基原，以便深入研究其药性药理，同时更深入挖掘地方本草资源。[方法] 通过古今文献和植物学形态比较研究，在实地考察的基础上，结合药物名称、植物特征、产地分布、功效主治等因素进行考证。[结果] 通过比较本草文献和植物学形态特征，发现《履巉岩本草》中刺酸草的药图所绘主体特征符合杠板归Polygonum perfoliatum L.，但也带有同属植物刺蓼Polygonum senticosum (Meisn.) Franch. et Sav.的部分特征。结合实地考察，杠板归与刺蓼所处生境普遍，分布较广，常见于《履巉岩本草》所绘药图取材范围内；两者植物形态相似，性味功效相近，药物名称等方面均与刺酸草的特点相符。[结论]《履巉岩本草》中所载的刺酸草为蓼科植物杠板归Polygonum perfoliatum L.，同属植物刺蓼Polygonum senticosum (Meisn.) Franch. et Sav.亦可一起作为刺酸草的民间用药资源拓展。 |

| [Objective] To make textual research on the source of original plant of Cisuancao collected in Lüchanyan Materia Medica, so as to further study its medicinal properties and pharmacology, and dig deeper into local herbal resources. [Methods] Through the comparative study of ancient and modern literature and botanical morphology， on the basis of field investigation, combined with the drug name, plant characteristics, distribution of origin, efficacy and indications and other factors, this paper researched the source of original plant of Cisuancao. [Results] By comparing the medica literature with botanical morphological features, it was found that the main features of the drug diagram in Lüchanyan Materia Medica were consistent with Polygonum perfoliatum L., but also included some features of Polygonum senticosum(Meisn.) Franch. et Sav.. Based on the field investigation, the habitats of Polygonum perfoliatum L. and Polygonum senticosum(Meisn.) Franch. et Sav. are widespread and widely distributed, which are common in the range of drawn materials in Lüchanyan Materia Medica.The two plants are similar in morphology, property and function, and drug names are consistent with the characteristics of Cisuancao. [Conclusion] The origin plants of Cisuancao should be Polygonum perfoliatum L. of Polygonaceae family, and Polygonum senticosum (Meisn.) Franch. et Sav. can also be used together as the development of a folk medicine resource. |
