| [目的]总结陈华教授应用祛风涤痰法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的经验。[方法]通过随师临证，总结整理病案资料，从病因病机、遣方用药等方面阐释陈华教授治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床经验及方药特色，并通过临床验案加以佐证。[结果]陈师认为风痰伏肺为小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的病理基础，针对咳嗽变异性哮喘的不同病机，以祛风涤痰为总治则贯穿病程始终，佐以宣肺、清肺、润肺、温肺、补肺等不同的治法，早期祛风为主，中期涤痰为重，后期顾护脾胃，培土生金以杜生痰之源。所举医案辨证为风寒袭肺之小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘，治以祛风化痰、宣肺止咳，方用止嗽散合麻黄射干汤加减，获得良好疗效。[结论]陈华教授应用祛风涤痰法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘，注重分期辨治，疗效显著，对指导临床有较高实用价值。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor CHEN Hua’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma(CVA) by expelling wind and eliminating phlegm.[Methods] Through learning from teacher， collecting and arranging medical records， Professor CHEN Hua’s clinical experience and prescription characteristics in the treatment of pediatric CVA were explained from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis， prescription medication， and proved by a clinical case.[Results] Professor CHEN thinks that wind-phlegm attacking in the lung is the pathological basis， in view of the different pathogenesis of CVA， takes expelling wind and eliminating phlegm as the general principle throughout the course of the disease， supplemented by different treatment methods， such as soothing the lungs， clearing the lungs， moistening the lungs， warming the lungs， tonifying the lungs， etc. Expelling wind is mainly in the early stage， eliminating phlegm in the middle stage， protecting the spleen and stomach in the later stage， cultivating the earth to produce gold in order to eliminate the source of phlegm.The medical case characterized as cough with wind-cold attacking the lung， and was treated with Zhisou powder and Shegan Mahuang decoction to expel wind and eliminate phlegm， soothe the lung and relieve cough and finally achieved good curative effect.[Conclusion] Professor CHEN Hua applies the method of expelling wind and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of pediatric CVA， paying attention to differentiation and treatment by stages， with significant curative effect， which has high practical value in guiding clinical practice. |
