      [目的]评估大肠癌术后患者对中医饮食知识的知晓情况,为大肠癌术后患者中医饮食知识及需求问卷的编制提供一定的依据。[方法]采用目的抽样法,选取上海市某三级甲等中医院的12例大肠癌术后患者及10名医护人员进行半结构式访谈,并通过传统内容分析法与Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资料进行录音、转录、分析和描述,提炼主题。[结果]大肠癌术后患者对中医饮食知识的知晓度不高,但需求很高。知晓度不高主要表现为4个主题:宣教不足(饮食宣教的时间太短、内容太过笼统),知识欠缺(护理人员知识储备不足),负性认知(护理人员和患者均缺乏自信),专业性过强(内容艰难晦涩,难以理解);需求很高主要表现为4个主题:基础知识(中医饮食的内容和原则等),养生保健(饮食相关),宜忌误区,常见食疗方(尤其是大肠癌密切相关的食疗方)。[结论]大肠癌术后患者的中医饮食宣教不到位,宣教的内容不符合患者的需求,临床医护人员应根据患者需求调整中医饮食宣教的内容,提高患者知晓度,从而改善患者生活质量。
英文摘要:
      [Objective]To evaluate the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diet in postoperative patients of colorectal cancer, and to provide a basis for the compilation of TCM diet knowledge and demand questionnaire of postoperative patients of colorectal cancer.[Methods] The purpose sampling method was adopted to select 12 postoperative patients of colorectal cancer and 10 medical staffs from a third-class TCM hospital in Shanghai for semi-structured interview. The interview datum was recorded, transcribed, analyzed and described through the traditional content analysis method and Colaizzi seven-step analysis method to extract the themes.[Results] Postoperative patients of colorectal cancer did not know much about TCM diet knowledge, but the demands were high. It was concluded that the low level of awareness was mainly manifested in 4 themes: Insufficient education(the time for dietary education is too short and the content is too general), lack of knowledge(inadequate knowledge of nursing staff), negative cognition(both nurses and patients are not self-confident), strong professionalism(content is difficult and obscure, difficult to understand). High demands were mainly manifested in 4 themes: Basic knowledge(Chinese medicine diet content and principles, etc.), health care(diet related), misunderstandings of appropriate diet, common dietary prescription(especially the dietary prescription closely related to colorectal cancer).[Conclusion] The TCM diet propaganda and education of postoperative patients of colorectal cancer is not in place, and the contents of propaganda and education do not meet the needs of patients. Clinical workers should adjust the contents of TCM diet propaganda and education according to the needs of patients, so as to improve the awareness of patients and improve their quality of life.
