| [目的]总结国医大师卢芳教授运用丹溪痛风方治疗痛风的经验。[方法]通过跟师临诊、整理病案，介绍卢芳教授对痛风病因病机的认识，分析丹溪痛风方组成、方义，阐述丹溪痛风方在临床实践中的运用依据，并附临床医案验证。[结果]卢芳教授认为痛风病位在关节，湿热是导致肢体关节红肿痛、痛风发作的主要原因，痰瘀为其发病的根本原因。治疗上既要运用清热利湿之法，又需燥湿化痰、活血化瘀，故选用丹溪痛风方加减治疗。此方优势在于可以治疗湿热与痰瘀等复杂致病因素所致的痛风，而且运用丹溪痛风方结合经典方剂或自创方剂加减，能够对痛风进行个体化治疗。所举验案中患者辨为湿热蕴结、痰瘀互阻证，卢芳教授拟清热利湿、燥湿化痰、活血化瘀之法，采用丹溪痛风方与自创四藤二龙汤结合治疗，疗效显著。[结论]卢芳教授认为，丹溪痛风方可以治疗湿热与痰瘀等复杂致病因素所致的痛风，而且无论痛风各期均可运用。丹溪痛风方的现代应用，正是对丹溪治疗痛风的思想的传承和完善。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor LU Fang's experience in treating gout with Danxi Gout Prescription.[Methods] Through clinical consultation with teachers and sorting out medical records， Professor LU Fang's understanding of the pathogenesis of gout was introduced， the composition and meaning of Danxi Gout Prescription were analyzed， the application basis of Danxi Gout Prescription in clinical practice was expounded， and one clinical medical record was attached for verification.[Results] Professor LU Fang believes that gout is located in joints， damp heat is the main cause leading to swelling and pain of limb joints and gout attack， and phlegm and blood stasis are the fundamental causes of its onset. In the treatment， the method of clearing heat and promoting diuresis should be used as well as eliminating dampness and phlegm， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Therefore， the modified Danxi Gout Prescription is selected for treatment. The advantage of this prescription is that it can treat gout caused by complex pathogenic factors such as damp heat， phlegm and blood stasis. Besides， the combination of Danxi Gout Prescription with classical prescription or self-made prescription can provide individualized treatment for gout. The patient in the cited test case was identified as accumulation of damp heat and mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Professor LU Fang intended to use the method of clearing heat and promoting diuresis， eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， and the modified Danxi Gout Prescription was combined with self-made Siteng Erlong Decoction for treatment， with remarkable curative effect.[Conclusion] Professor LU Fang believes that Danxi Gout Prescription can treat gout caused by complex pathogenic factors such as damp heat， phlegm and blood stasis， and can be used to treat gout of all stages. The modern application of Danxi Gout Prescription is exactly the inheritance and perfection of Danxi's thought of treating gout. |
