| [目的]总结崔云教授从气辨治心理性勃起功能障碍的学术思想和临床经验。[方法]通过跟师抄方，记录整理崔云教授诊治男性勃起功能障碍的病案，分析临床典型、有效验案，归纳总结崔云教授临证思路、辨证规律及治疗方法，并列举验案加以佐证。[结果]崔云教授认为男性勃起功能的中医生理基础，以宗筋为体，以气血为用，受到多脏腑共同影响。基于《内经》中“百病生于气”的理论，结合卫气营血辨证，认为临床上大部分心理性勃起功能障碍者，病程短、程度轻、无基础疾病，其多病在气；治疗上以调气为主要治法，结合五脏辨证，辅以疏肝理气、健脾益气、温补肾气、宣肺降气等方法。验案中患者辨证属肺气郁证，治以宣肺降气，方以葛根汤加减，而获速效。[结论]崔云教授结合脏腑辨证，从气辨治心理性勃起功能障碍，临床疗效良好，值得临床学习和推广。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor CUI Yun's academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating psychological erectile dysfunction(ED) from Qi.[Methods] Through copying the prescription with the teacher， sorting out the medical records of Professor CUI Yun's diagnosis and treatment of male ED， the clinical models and effective cases were analyzed， and Professor CUI Yun's clinical thinking， syndrome differentiation rules and treatment methods were summarized. And an effective medical case was enumerated.[Results] Professor CUI Yun believes that the physiological basis of male erectile function in traditional Chinese medicine is the result of penis as the effective organ， filling with Qi and blood， and the cooperation of multiple organs. Based on the theory of "all diseases come from Qi" in “Neijing” and the syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi and Ying blood， Professor CUI Yun believes that most patients with psychological ED who have short course of disease， mild degree and no basic disease， are prone to be disease of Qi. In the treatment， regulating Qi is the main treatment method， combined with syndrome differentiation of the five viscera， soothing the liver and regulating Qi， strengthening the spleen and invigorating Qi， warming and tonifying the kidney Qi， promoting the lung and reducing Qi， etc. In the case， the patient was differentiated as lung Qi stagnation syndrome， and the treatment was to promote the lung and reduce Qi. After treated with Gegen decoction， the patient achieved good results.[Conclusion] Professor CUI Yun treats psychological ED based on Qi theory， combined with syndrome differentiation of viscera， and the clinical effect is good， which is worthy of clinical study and promotion. |
