      [目的]以浙江中医药大学中医学专业为例,聚焦专业育人本质,积极探索“课程思政”教育教学改革和实践的新方法和新途径,以确立新时代全程育人、全方位育人和全员育人的“课程思政”新模式。[方法]通过对高等院校及浙江中医药大学中医学专业等不同层面课程思政教育的现状进行分析,基于对专业育人功能新时代课程思政实践模式和保障机制的探索,提出专业思政与课程融合的具体思路和实践路径,并列举学生培养的实际成效予以佐证。[结果]课程思政教育现状面临着与专业教学尚未有效结合及顶层机制尚未有效建立的问题,新模式推行了组建基于专业的“课程思政”教学团队、科学编制“专业思政”核心内容和加强示范核心课程群建设等举措,实施“课程思政”教改专项工程,健全“课程思政”教学效果评价体系,建立“课程思政”团队合作等保障机制。近年来,浙江中医药大学医学类专业学生赢得的社会赞誉充分验证了“课程思政”新模式对提升医德教育的效果。[结论]高校要真正落实立德树人职责、完成专业育人使命,就必须建立起以专业为依托、以“专业团队引领、课程协同实施”为特色的“课程思政”教育教学改革新模式。浙江中医药大学中医学专业经过上述“课程思政”新模式的实践,有效破解了思政教育与专业教学难以有效融合及顶层设计机制欠缺等难题,并取得了明显成效,可作为范式并予推广应用。

      [Objective]Taking major of traditional Chinese medicaine(TCM) in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University as an example and focusing on the essence of professional education, to explore the new method of reform and practice in “Ideological and Political Theories teaching in all courses”, in order to establish a new mode of curriculum to educate students in all dimensions.[Methods]Through the status analysis on the ideological and political teaching in all levels in the major of TCM of many universities and especially Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,based on the exploration to the practical mode of guarantee mechanism, the concrete ideas and practical paths of the integration of ideological education and professional courses were advanced, and the results of student training were listed as evidence.[Results]The current situation of “Ideological and Political Theories teaching in all courses” is faced with the problem that it has not been effectively combined with professional teaching and the top-level mechanism has not been established effectively. New mode takes the methods as building teaching team based on majors“Ideological and Political Theories teaching in all courses”, scientifically compiling core contents, taking concrete measures such as strengthening the construction of demonstration core curriculum group and special education reform project, improving the teaching effect evaluation system, establishing the guarantee mechanism of teamwork, finally achieving educational goals.In recent years, medical students in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University have won social praise, which fully verifies the effect of the new mode of “Ideological and Political Theories teaching in all courses” on improving medical ethics education.[Conclusion]In order to truly implement the moral education and cultivate students, universities should establish a new model of curriculum reform which is profession-relied, and “Ideological and Political Theories teaching in all courses” as its feature. Through the new mode of practice, the major of TCM in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University has effectively solved the difficulties in integrating ideological and political education with professional teaching and the lack of top-level design mechanism. It has been proved to be effective and can be spread as a paradigm.
