| [目的]结合目前新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19)疫情消退新形势，提出儿童医院小儿外科诊疗防控建议。[方法]分析当前COVID-19疫情防控情况，从儿童医院小儿外科门诊、住院及手术防护等角度出发，分别提出切实可行的防控建议。[结果]对普通患儿、家属、疑似/确诊患儿，门诊实施预检、分级排查就诊；住院患儿及家属，按预检步骤进行入院排查，住院期间进行有效防控管理；手术患儿，按防控风险分级分类在不同区域进行手术。门诊、住院病房及手术室需做好医务人员防护及场地设施防护。[结论]疫情消退期儿童医院外科防控建议的实施，既有助于正常医疗工作的开展，也可对疫情的防控严格把关，在诊疗的过程中切实保障患儿、家属及医务人员的安全。 |

| [Objective] To put forward new recommendations for prevention and control of pediatric surgery according to the actual situation of children's specialized hospital， combining with the current new situation of the epidemic receding of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).[Methods]Through analyzing the current COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control situation， practical prevention and control recommendations were put forward from the perspective of children's hospital pediatric surgery clinic， hospitalization and surgical protection. [Results]For ordinary children， family members， and suspected/confirmed children， pre-examination and graded screening are performed in outpatient clinics; inpatients and their families are screened according to the pre-examination procedures， and the children are effectively prevented and controlled during hospitalization. Children undergoing surgery are operated in different areas according to the risk level of prevention and control. It is necessary to protect the medical personnel and the facilities in the outpatient clinic， inpatient ward and operating room. [Conclusion]The implementation of surgical prevention and control suggestions in children's hospital during the period of epidemic abatement is not only conducive to the development of normal medical work， but also can strictly control the prevention and the epidemic situation， and effectively guarantee the safety of children， their families and medical personnel in the process of diagnosis and treatment. |
