| [目的]介绍郭志强教授治疗复发性流产的经验。[方法]通过跟师临证、整理郭老医案和访谈等方法，从病因病机、治疗特色等方面总结郭老治疗复发性流产的临证经验及遣方用药思路，并列举验案一例加以佐证。[结果]郭老认为脾肾阳虚是复发性流产的根本病机，肾不能系胎，脾不能载胎，脾肾阳虚不能温煦长养胎儿，导致反复堕胎。治疗上，以中药序贯疗法温肾健脾、预培其损，并强调男女同调，脾肾强健后方可受孕。孕后应温肾健脾安胎，慎用黄芩，使胎有所系、所载、所养。所举验案中患者诊断为复发性流产，辨证为脾肾两虚、冲任虚寒，治以补肾健脾、温阳散寒，孕前以郭氏中药序贯疗法调经促孕，孕后以自拟补益脾肾、益气养血方药保胎，最终顺利得子。[结论]郭志强教授以温肾健脾为法，预培其损、固胎安胎治疗复发性流产，经验独到，疗效良好，值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| [Objective]To introduce Professor GUO Zhiqiang's experience in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).[Methods]Through learning from teacher，copying and sorting formulas and interviews of Professor GUO in treating RSA， the clinical experience of Professor GUO in prescription and medication was summarized from the etiology， pathogenesis and diagnostic treatment characteristics. A proved case was presented as proof.[Results]It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of RSA is deficiency of the spleen and kidney Yang. Deficiency of the kidney and spleen would lead to fetal dysplasia and loss of maintenance. The fetus is deprived of warm nourishment due to the deficiency of the spleen and kidney Yang， which causes recurrent abortion. In terms of treatment， Professor GUO emphasizes the Chinese medicine sequential therapy should be adopted to warm the kidney and strengthen the spleen， pre-cultivation of damage before conception，and couple recuperation at the same time. Conception can be achieved after the spleen and kidney are strong. After pregnancy， it is necessary to warm the kidney， strengthen the spleen and calm down the fetus， and Scutellaria should be used with caution， so that the fetus can be bred， carried and fostered. The patient in the case was diagnosed as RSA， and syndrome differentiation was deficiency of the spleen and kidney， cold and deficiency of Chong and Ren channels. The treatment was to invigorate the kidney and strengthen the spleen， warming Yang and dispelling cold. Before pregnancy， Professor GUO's traditional Chinese medicine was used to regulate menstruation and promote pregnancy. After pregnancy， the self-made prescriptions of tonifying the spleen and kidney， supplementing Qi and nourishing blood were used to protect the fetus， and finally the patient delivered smoothly.[Conclusion]The methods of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen， pre-cultivating of damage， and preventing miscarriage in the treatment of RSA not only show Professor GUO's unique experience， but also can achieve good results， which deserves further clinical promotion and application. |
