| [目的]探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19)的中医防治方法，从“三焦分治湿热疫毒”的角度为治疗COVID-19提供临床理论依据。[方法]通过分析COVID-19的病因病机特点及难治原因，结合相关文献资料查阅，归纳总结中医防治COVID-19思路，阐述三焦分治法治疗COVID-19的理论依据和临证应用，并举典型医案佐证。[结果]中医学将COVID-19归属于“疫病”范畴，病机为疫毒袭肺，肺失宣降，邪热夹湿，耗伤人体正气。病位主要在肺，或兼在胃肠，治疗上可从三焦分治论治，以宣畅气机、清解上焦疫毒，益气健脾、分解中焦湿毒，通腑存阴、降解下焦浊邪为基本治疗方法。所举案例辨证属湿热毒疫，治以清热解毒祛湿之法，用药以透、清为特点，宣畅三焦气机，透达郁热，解毒泄浊，取得良好疗效。[结论]“三焦分治湿热疫毒”理论可为中医治疗COVID-19提供新的思路，能够有效指导临床治疗的选方用药，但因病例和地域的局限性，还需要进一步拓展思路与方法。 |

| [Objective]To explore the prevention and treatment methods of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)， and provide a clinical theoretical basis for the treatment of COVID-19 from the perspective of "respectively clearing and removing damp-heat epidemic toxin through tri-Jiao pathway" theory. [Methods] By analyzing the etiology， pathogenesis and refractory characteristics of COVID-19， and referring to the relevant literature， the ideas of prevention and treatment in TCM were summarized， the theoretical basis and clinical application of respectively treating COVID-19 from tri-Jiao pathway was explained， and one case was presented as evidence.[Results] The disease was classified as "pestilence" in TCM， and the pathogenesis was that the epidemic pathogenic factor attacked the lung， the lung failed in both dispersing and descending， and the body's healthy Qi was damaged. The disease mainly affected lung， as well as the stomach and intestine. Respective treatments should be implemented from the "tri-Jiao pathway"， and take the following as the basic treatment principle， regulating Qi activity and cleaning up the epidemic pathogenic factor in upper-Jiao; replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen and breaking down the damp-heat of the middle-Jiao; clearing the internal organs and preserving Yin， degradating the turbid pathogen of the lower-Jiao， in order to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.The case was identified as syndrome of damp-heat epidemic toxin， the treatment was based on the method of clearing away heat and toxic matter， and expelling dampness， the medicine was characterized by transparency and clearness， the effect was regulating tri-Jiao Qi activity， clearing heat and dispelling evil， and the patient achieved good clinical results.[Conclusion] The theory of "respectively clearing and removing damp-heat epidemic toxin through tri-Jiao pathway" provides a new idea for the treatment of COVID-19 in Chinese medicine， which can effectively guide the prescription selection for clinical treatment. However， further exploration should be done on new methods and ideas because of the limitations of cases and regions. |
