| [目的]总结黄挺教授治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师门诊抄方，整理相关医案，试从病因病机、治法方药等方面总结黄挺教授治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床经验，并附验案一则，以资佐证。[结果]黄挺教授认为晚期非小细胞肺癌病因病机为本虚标实，气阴亏虚为本，痰脂胶着、癌毒裹结为标，“虚”“痰”“毒”贯穿本病的始终。治疗上主张攻补兼施，以平补气阴、化痰散结、解毒祛瘀为治则，并将传统中医辨证与现代药理学研究相结合，以益气养阴散结方为基本用方，随证加减，多能获得良好疗效。所举验案为气阴两虚、痰脂癌毒壅肺之证，治以平补气阴、化痰散结、解毒祛瘀，以益气养阴散结方为底，随证加减，攻补兼施，疗效确切。[结论]黄挺教授临证谨守平补气阴、化痰散结、解毒祛瘀之法，以益气养阴之方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌，经验独特，疗效显著，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor HUANG Ting in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.[Methods] By following up with the teacher's outpatient clinic to sort out related medical records， Professor HUANG Ting's clinical experience in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were summarized from the etiology， pathogenesis， treatment methods， and other aspects， and one test case was attached to support.[Results] Professor HUANG Ting believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer are deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity， deficiency of Qi and Yin is the root cause， phlegm fat agglutination， and cancer toxin binding are the manifestation. “Deficiency”“phlegm” and “toxin” run through the whole course of the disease. In the treatment， Professor HUANG advocates to apply tonification and purgation in combination. The treatment principle is balanced supplementing Qi and Yin， resolving phlegm and removing stagration， and detoxificating and eliminating blood stasis. Combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern pharmacology research， taking Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie formula as the basic prescription， modified with syndrome， it can obtain good curative effect. The test case presented was syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency， phlegm fat and cancer toxin agglutination in the lung， and the treatment was based on tonifying Qi and Yin， resolving phlegm and remoling stagnation， detoxifying and eliminating blood stasis， and used Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie formula as the base including both tonification and purgation， and the effect was good. [Conclusion] Professor HUANG Ting follows the principle of "tonifying Qi and Yin， resolving phlegm， removing stagnation， detoxifring and eliminating blood stasis" faithfully， and treats advanced non-small cell lung cancer with Yiqi Yangyin formula. His experience is unique and effective and worth learning from. |
