| [目的]介绍及总结庄礼兴教授以针灸中药并用治疗小儿周围性面瘫的经验。[方法]通过文献研究方法，整理庄礼兴教授的病案，简述小儿周围性面瘫的研究现状，从选穴、刺法、灸法及用药等方面对庄礼兴教授治疗小儿周围性面瘫的经验进行总结，并举两则验案予以佐证。[结果]庄礼兴教授治疗小儿周围性面瘫，针刺取穴以靳三针为主，配合远端取穴，并运用半刺、毛刺之法，且尤其重视灸法的运用，独取督脉施灸。中药方面，强调分期论治，急性期重在祛风散寒，恢复期则益气通络。本文两例验案中，患儿均为突发性口角歪斜，案一辨证为风寒阻络证，治以祛风散寒、解痉通络，以针灸配合牵正散内服，案二辨证为风寒证，治以祛风散寒、解痉通络，以针灸配合牵正散内服，两例患者均取得良好疗效。[结论]庄礼兴教授遵循靳三针法取穴，以半刺、毛刺为法，配合督脉施灸和中药内服，治疗小儿周围性面瘫，疗效显著，值得临床学习借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To introduce and summarize Professor ZHUANG Lixing's experience in treating peripheral facial paralysis in children with acupuncture， moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).[Methods] Through the literature research and clinical cases arrangement， the research status of peripheral facial paralysis in children was introduced， and Professor ZHUANG Lixing's experience in treating peripheral facial paralysis in children was systematically summarized from selection of acupoints， acupuncture operation， moxibustion and application of TCM. Two cases were presented as proof.[Results] To treat the peripheral facial paralysis in children， Professor ZHUANG Lixing prefers the JIN's Three-needling Therapy mainly with distal acupoint selection， and attaches importance to the shallow needle without retaining and the moxibustion on Governor Vessel.In the aspect of TCM application， Professor ZHUANG Lixing emphasizes to treat by stages. In the acute stage， it is important to dispel wind and clear away cold. In the recovery stage， it is necessary to replenish Qi and dredge collaterals. In the two cases， the patients both suffered the facial paralysis in sudden， and were differentiated as wind cold obstructing collaterals， both achieved good results after treated with combination of acupuncture and moxibustion with Qianzheng powder for internal administration to dispel wind and clear away cold， relieve spasm and dredge collaterals.[Conclusion] Professor ZHUANG Lixing treats peripheral facial paralysis in children， following JIN's Three-needling Therapy to select acupoints， with shallow needle without retaining as the method， and combining with moxibustion of Governor Vessel and internal administration of TCM， always gets remarkable effect， which is worth learning in clinical practice. |
