[目的]推进高校二级院系课程思政建设,解决思政教育与专业教学“两张皮”问题,助力培育时代新人。[方法]从强化教师“传道授业”责任、培养学生“成长成才”责任、履行学校“立德树人”责任、担当国家“后继有人”责任四个方面来阐明课程思政的重要意义,从专业教师对课程思政的认识和能力不足、在校学生对思政课程的学习重视不够、二级院系对课程思政工作的落实不力三个方面来分析课程思政目前存在的问题,提出推进课程思政的实践路径。[结果]加强顶层设计、落实育人责任,覆盖全部课程、开展检查督导,强化专题培训、提升教师能力,推进师德建设、保障教育方向,发挥理论指导、领会根本要义,坚持问题导向、引领学生修身,主动转换话语、增强教学实效,倾斜绩效分配、激励乐教善教,是高校二级院系推进课程思政的有效路径。[结论]只有充分认识推进课程思政的重要意义,认真分析课程思政的现状问题,积极探索课程思政的实践路径,才能逐步解决高校二级院系思政教育与专业教学“两张皮”的问题,从而有力促进学生健康成长、全面成才和走向成功。 |

[Objective]To promote the construction of the ideological and political education in all courses in department-level colleges, solve the dichotomy phenomenon of ideological and political education and professional teaching, and help cultivate new talents in new times. [Methods] Reinforcing the significance of ideological and political education in all courses from four aspects: Strengthening the teacher's responsibility, training the students growing into talents and fulfilling the objective requirements of the school's responsibility to foster morality, taking the responsibility of being country's successors. Analyzing the current situation from three aspects: Lack of recognition and ability of professional teachers' understanding, department-level colleges' insufficient attention to ideological and political education in all courses and insufficient implementation to it. Finally putting forward the practical path of promoting ideological and political education in all courses. [Results] There are effective ways of promoting the ideological and political education in all courses of department-level colleges of universities: Strengthening top-level design, carrying out the responsibility of educating people, carrying out inspection and supervision of all courses, strengthening special training to improve teachers' ability, strengthening the direction of guaranteeing teachers' moral construction, giving full play to theoretical guidance to understand the fundamental meaning, adhere to problem orientation to guide students to cultivate themselves, actively transforming discourse to enhance teaching effectiveness and incline to performance allocation to encourage good teaching. [Conclusion] Only by fully understanding the importance of promoting the ideological and political education in all courses, analyzing its situation seriously and exploring its practical path, can we gradually solve the problems of “two-sheet skin” between ideological and political education and professional teaching in department-level colleges of universities, so as to effectively promote the healthy growth of students' comprehensive talent, making them be able to bear the great task of national rejuvenation. |
