      [目的]了解杭州市滨江区手足口病流行特征,同时结合中医运气学说,为手足口病防控提供线索。[方法]通过疾病监测信息报告管理系统收集杭州市滨江区2009—2018年手足口病相关信息,采用SPSS 25.0统计软件对该病的发病等特征进行分析,同时结合中医运气学说,探讨其发病运气特征。[结果]2009—2018年杭州市滨江区共报告手足口病3 912例,发病率为202.78/10万。其中,发病高峰年为2014、2016和2018年,以夏季高发;患者主要为1~3岁散托儿童。病原学检查提示不同年份流行的病原体不同。结合中医运气学说发现丙年与戊年三之气发病率最高。[结论]该区手足口病发病存在明显的三间分布特征,建议在高峰时期对重点地区、重点人群进行针对性防控,同时可结合中医运气学说加以预测,提高防控效能。
英文摘要:
      [Objective]To explore the distributions of the hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in Binjiang District of Hangzhou and provide clues for its prevention and control combined with the Yunqi theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). [Methods]The information of HFMD incidence in Binjiang District from 2009 to 2018 was collected by relevant registry systems. The characteristics of the disease such as incidence rates were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 25.0. [Results]A total of 3 912 cases with HFMD were reported in Binjiang District of Hangzhou from 2009 to 2018, with the annual incidence rate of 202.78/100 000. The peak incidence was in year 2014, 2016 and 2018. Cases were mainly scattered in children with age 1~3 years old. The pathogen examination showed that the predominant pathogens were different across these years. According to the theory of TCM, the incidence of three Qi in the Bing and Wu years was the highest. [Conclusion]The incidence of HFMD in Binjiang District has distinct distribution patterns. It is suggested to prevent and control the disease in key areas and among specified populations during the peak period, in combination with preditions from the Yunqi theory.
