| [目的]探析浙江近代著名临床医家邵兰荪从奇经八脉论治妇科病的经验。[方法]通过阅读和研究《邵氏医案》和《邵兰荪医案》，复习其中运用奇经八脉理论治疗妇科病的医案，以病种为纲，总结邵氏从奇经八脉论治妇科病的思路和方法。[结果]《邵氏医案》和《邵兰荪医案》所载的400余则医案中，妇科医案约60则，而涉及奇经辨治的妇科医案近30则。邵氏认为经带之病，多与冲任相关，常从奇经八脉论治妇科病。经水未至者，治以活任养冲；腹瘕气逆者，疗以理任镇冲；带下为病者，予以固任涩带；产后虚损者，施以调冲补任。用药多以当归、白芍、郁金等养血活任，白石英降逆镇冲，沙苑子、覆盆子、生牡蛎等益肾固带，颇具风格。[结论]邵氏运用奇经八脉治疗妇科病，医理治法清晰明了，处方用药经验独到，对现代妇科病的诊治有着重要的指导作用。 |

| [Objective]To discuss and analyze eight extraordinary meridians treatment on gynaecopathia of modern famous doctor SHAO Lansun of Zhejiang Province. [Methods]Through reading and analyzing “SHAO’s Medical Cases” and “SHAO Lansun Medical Cases”， reviewing the gynaecopathia medical records treated by eight extraordinary meridians theory， and classifying the medical records according to disease entities， SHAO’s ideas and methods of eight extraordinary meridians treatment on gynaecopathia were summarized. [Results] There were more than 400 medical cases in “SHAO’s Medical Cases” and “SHAO Lansun Medical Cases”， and there were 60 gynaecopathia medical cases among which nearly 30 medical cases were treated from eight extraordinary meridians. SHAO considered that gynaecopathia were related with Chong channel and Ren channel， thus treated them from eight extraordinary meridians. Delayed menstruation was treated with invigorating Ren channel and nourishing Chong channel; abdominal mass and Qi inversion was treated with conditioning Ren channel and suppressing Chong channel; leucorrhea was treated with strengthening Ren channel and astringing belt vessel; asthenic disease after delivery was treated with conditioning Chong channel and nourishing Ren channel. Radix Angelicae Sinensis， Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Curcumae were the main drugs to nourish blood and invigorate Ren channel， Fluoritum was the main drug to descend the adverse flow of Qi and suppress Chong channel， Semen Astragali Complanati， Fructus Rubi and Concha Ostreae were mainly used to tonify the kidney and astringe belt vessel. [Conclusion]SHAO’s treatment of gynecological diseases from eight extraordinary meridians has clear medical principles and therapeutic methods， and the experience in prescription is unique， which plays an important guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases nowadays. |
