      [目的]在“双一流”高校建设背景下,结合研究生导师绩效考核的现状与不足,构建一套科学合理的研究生导师绩效考核体系。[方法]通过调研国内外相关研究成果,采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)、德尔菲专家咨询法(delphi method,DM)等定性与定量相结合的方法,构建研究生导师绩效考核体系。再以浙江中医药大学为例,进行实证分析。[结果]研究生导师绩效考核体系由2个一级指标、5个二级指标、17个三级指标组成,其中一级指标分别为研究生培养质量、导师师资质量,其权重分别为0.5、0.5。通过对浙江中医药大学研究生导师进行实证分析,结果表明,与排名后10名导师比较,排名前10名导师在研究生德育、培养过程等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在培养结果、师德师风、科研业绩等方面差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]本文所构建的研究生导师绩效考核体系,能真实反馈导师综合素质和能力,可为各高校的导师管理提供科学依据,对助推“双一流”建设具有积极的意义。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] Under the double first-class development, to construct a scientific and reasonable graduate tutor performance appraisal system combined with the current situation and deficiencies.[Methods] Based on the relevant researches at home and abroad, this paper established the graduate tutor performance appraisal system, then analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and delphi method(DM) were applied to structure the grade assessment indexes. It conducted an empirical analysis with an example from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. [Results] This paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system, including 2 first-level indexes, 5 second-level indexes, 17 third-level indexes. Among them, the first-level indexes were the quality of the training and qualifications of graduate tutor. The weight of those indexes were 0.5 and 0.5 respectively. Based on the empirical analysis of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, the results showed that the top ten tutors had significant differences in moral education and training process of graduate tutor(P<0.05), compared with the last ten tutors. There were extremely significant differences in performance and other aspects, such as training results, teacher ethics and scientific research(P<0.01). [Conclusion] The graduate tutor performance appraisal system constructed in the article can feedback on the comprehensive qualities and abilities of tutors, providing scientific basis for the tutor management in universities and promoting the double first-class development actively.
