| [目的]厘清蒙医腹罨术的源流及其理论的近现代应用情况，多角度分析其原理，探求腹罨术理论对现代医学的意义与启发。[方法]查阅蒙医药、中医药古籍，以文献考证法明晰腹罨术的来源和演变，在追本溯源的基础上以文献统计法归纳总结，并结合现代医学研究进一步分析腹罨术的作用原理。[结果]原始腹罨术以牛腹为主，最早记载于《元史》，元朝时首次被运用于战争急救，明清时期得到李时珍、徐士銮等中医名家的认可，并逐渐用于宫内坠马等外伤的治疗。以后逐渐扩大腹罨经验的应用范围，由传统牛腹罨疗到羊腹、驼腹罨疗，再到截取腹皮直接幂于伤口。19世纪后，皮瘤胃热罨、罨敷铁烙和热罨包疗法替代腹罨术继续发挥作用，原始腹罨术已少见于文献记载。腹罨术之作用原理有四:以牛血补虚羸、复阳气，以体温调节启动保护机能，以信号传导恢复心脏功能，以回归母体的潜意识使伤者重获新生。[结论]腹罨术是战争条件下急救伤患的有效选择，当今虽已不再直接使用，但其仍为中西医所借鉴，具有显著疗效，这对深入理解急救术，发展结合疗法具有重要意义。 |

| [Objective] To clarify the origin and modern application in Fu Yan therapy of traditional Mongolian medicine， analyze its mechanism in many ways and explore its significance to modern medicine. [Methods] With referring to related ancient books from Mongolian and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)， the origin and evolution of Fu Yan therapy were clarified by textual research， summarized by statistic method based on tracing its source， and its mechanism was further explored combined with modern medical research. [Results] Traditional Fu Yan therapy in cattle abdomen was firstly recorded in “History of the Yuan Dynasty” and used in the first aid of war in the Yuan Dynasty. During Ming and Qing Dynasties， it was recognized by famous TCM practitioners such as LI Shizhen and XU Shiluan， and gradually used in the treatment of injuries like horse-riding accident in the palace. After that， the application range of this experience was gradually expanded， from cattle abdomen to sheep， camel abdomen and then to cut the abdominal skin to cover the wound directly. After the 19th century， Skin and Rumen Hot-covered therapy， Hot Iron-covered and Hot-covered Packet therapy were used to replace original Fu Yan therapy， and the original Fu Yan therapy was rarely recorded in the literature. There are mainly four mechanisms of Fu Yan therapy. deficiency can be replenished and Yang Qi can be recovered with bull's blood， protection function can be activated by body temperature regulation， heart function can be restored by signal conduction， with the subconscious of returning to the mother's body， the injured can be reborn. [Conclusion] Fu Yan therapy is an effective choice for first-aid patients in war， although it is no longer used directly in modern times， it has a significant curative effect and its theory is still used as reference by TCM and western medicine， which is of great significance to deeply understand emergency treatment and develop combination therapy. |
