      [目的]总结张永华教授从情志辨证理论辨治儿童多动症的临床经验。[方法]通过门诊跟诊、收集医案以及听课学习等方法,总结张永华教授基于情志辨证理论对儿童多动症病因病机的分析以及辨证论治经验,并列举验案以佐证。[结果]张永华教授在临床上发现多动症患儿多有情志方面的异常,如急躁易怒、胆怯易惊等,因此认为多动症的发病与维持和患儿的情志变化密切相关,治疗时在情志辨证理论的基础上,结合脏腑辨证、八纲辨证,从“怒、恐、惊”这三种最主要的情志变化入手,分而治之,同时注重将药物治疗和情志调节相结合,并强调患儿和家长的情志同调,在临床上取得较好的疗效。所举验案为心肝火旺型多动症,治以清肝泻火、养阴宁心,同时配合情志调节,疗效明显。[结论]张永华教授辨治儿童多动症基于情志辨证理论,注重情志识别,身心同治,经验独到,临床疗效显著,值得借鉴。

      [Objective] To summarize Professor ZHANG Yonghua‘s clinical experience in treating hyperactive child syndrome through emotional syndrome differentiation theory.[Methods] Through outpatient follow-up, collection of medical records, lectures and other methods, Professor ZHANG Yonghua‘s analysis of etiology and pathogenesis of hyperactive child syndrome and experience of syndrome differentiation based on emotional syndrome differentiation theory were summarized, and one test case was presented as proof. [Results] Professor ZHANG Yonghua finds that most patients with hyperactive child syndrome have emotional abnormalities clinically, such as impatience, irritability, timidity, apprehension and so on. Therefore, Professor ZHANG regards that the onset and maintenance of hyperactive child syndrome are closely related to the emotional changes of children. On the basis of emotional syndrome differentiation theory, combined with syndrome differentiation of viscera and syndrome differentiation of eight principles, he focuses on the three main emotional changes of “anger, fear and fright”, and the treatment was carried out respectively. At the same time, he pays attention to the combination of drug therapy and emotional regulation, and emphasizes the emotional adjustment of both children and their parents, which has achieved good clinical effects.The proven case was differentiated as hyperactivity of heart and liver fire, and the patient was treated with clearing the liver and purging fire, nourishing Yin and tranquilizing the heart, accompanied with emotional adjustment. After the above treatment, the clinical effect was obvious.[Conclusion] Professor ZHANG Yonghua‘s treatment of hyperactive child syndrome is based on the emotional syndrome differentiation theory,paying attention to emotional identification,and treating both physical and mental, his experience is unique and the clinical curative effect is remarkable, which is worth learning.
