      [目的]进行浙贝母药材的品质区划研究,指导浙贝母的合理栽培。[方法]通过实地走访调查和采样,收集浙贝母药材样品和分布信息。基于浙贝母中贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量,以及生态环境因子和空间分布数据,利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection,HPLC-ELSD)、Arc地理信息系统(Arc Geographic Information System,ArcGIS)的空间计算功能、最大信息熵模型、统计产品与服务解决方案(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,SPSS)软件的统计分析方法,进行浙贝母质量适宜性等级区划。[结果]通过回归分析,可以得到浙贝母适合种植参数;利用最大信息熵模型,得到浙贝母的空间分布概率区划图和浙贝母素甲与浙贝母素乙的含量空间分布图。不同产地所产浙贝母中生物碱含量差别较大,其中贝母素甲和贝母素乙总含量最高达0.26%,最低为0.06%。贝母素甲含量较高的浙贝母分布区集中在浙江省中东部,贝母素乙含量较高的浙贝母分布区集中在浙江省东部和浙江、江苏两省交界处。[结论]该研究结果与生产实践的经验相吻合,浙江省东部及北部和江苏省东部为高品质浙贝母的适合种植区域,该结果为浙贝母的规范化种植和引种提供科学依据。

      [Objective] To study the quality regionalization of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq., in order to guide its reasonable cultivation. [Methods] Based on the field investigation and sampling, the samples and distribution information of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. are collected. Based on the contents of peimine and peiminine in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq., ecological environmental factors and spatial distribution data, high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection(HPLC-ELSD) method,spatial calculation function of Arc Geographic Information System(ArcGIS),maximum information entropy model, and statistical analysis methodof Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) were used to divide the quality suitability grade of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. [Results] The suitable plan parameters for Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. were obtained by regression analysis; the spatial distribution probability zoning map of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. and the spatial distribution map of the contents of peimine and peiminine were obtained by maximum information entropy model. The alkaloid contents of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. produced in different regions differ greatly,wherein the highest content of peimine and peiminine was 0.26%, and the lowest was 0.06%. Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. with higher content of peimine was mainly distributed in the central and eastern part of Zhejiang Province, and the distribution areas with higher content of peiminine were concentrated in the eastern part of Zhejiang Province and the junction of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province. [Conclusion] The results of this study were consistent with the production practice, indicated that the eastern and northern parts of Zhejiang Province and the eastern part of Jiangsu Province were suitable planting regions for high-quality Fritillaria thunbergii Miq., which provided a scientific basis for standardized planting and introduction of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.
