| [目的]总结符为民教授应用清热化痰、调肝(胆)宁神法治疗儿童青少年强迫症的经验。[方法]分析儿童青少年强迫症的病机，为清热化痰、调肝(胆)宁神法在临床实践中的运用提供依据，阐述不同证型下经验用方的组成、方义及功用，并附临床案例加以验证。[结果]符为民教授结合儿童青少年心肝有余的生理特点、特殊的心理状态和生活习惯，认为儿童青少年强迫症病因病机总属心肝火旺、痰热不化，针对其病因病机，采用清热化痰、调肝(胆)宁神的治法，以“黄连温胆汤、龙胆泻肝汤”为基础方，同时重视对患儿生活习惯和家庭氛围的调整。所附临床案例辨证为痰热上扰、心肝失调，治拟清热化痰、调肝宁神，采用“黄连温胆汤合龙胆泻肝汤”加减，治疗后取得满意的临床疗效。[结论]符为民教授以清热化痰、调肝(胆)宁神法治疗儿童青少年强迫症，疗效确切，值得进一步推广应用。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor FU Weimin's clinical experience of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm， tranquilizing the liver(gallbladder) and refreshing the mind in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents.[Methods] Through analyzing the pathogenesis of obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents， this paper provided a basis for the application of the method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm， tranquilizing the liver(gallbladder) and refreshing the mind in clinical practice， analyzed the composition， meaning and function of empirical prescriptions for different syndrome types， and attached a clinical case for verification. [Results]According to the physical and psychological traits and special lifestyles of children and adolescents， Professor FU holds that the main pathogenesis of obsessive-compulsive disorder in child and adolescent is hyperactive fire of the heart and liver and internal disturbance of phlegm heat.In view of its etiology and pathogenesis，the treatment method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm， tranquilizing the liver(gallbladder) and refreshing the mind is adopted， based on “Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction”， and attention should be paid to the adjustment of children's living habits and family atmosphere. The syndrome type of the attached clinical case was phlegm-heat disturbance， heart and liver disorders， the treatment method was to clear away heat and resolve phlegm， tranquilize the liver and refresh the mind，and “Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction” were adopted. Satisfactory results were achieved after treatment.[Conclusion]Professor FU Weimin's treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents with the method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm， tranquilizing the liver(gallbladder) and refreshing the mind has definite effect and is worthy of further promotion and application. |
