| [目的]总结金亚蓓教授针灸治疗不孕症的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师随诊、整理临床医案，总结金师针灸治疗不孕症的学术思想及临证经验，从病因病机、辨证分型、辨证选穴、分期论治等角度探讨金师治疗不孕症的诊疗思路及辨治方法，并列举一则验案予以佐证。[结果]金师认为不孕症的病因多与肝郁有关，还与肾精亏虚、经血不足密切相关，治疗要以肝脾肾为中心，重视精血与妊娠的关系；临证提倡以“肝为先天”调治不孕症，并根据体内肝之阴阳气血的变化将不孕症辨为肝气郁积型、肝火内炽型、肝阳上亢型、肝肾阴虚型、肝郁脾虚型、肝虚血热型等六型，与之对应的创立了六种调肝针法；并结合月经前期、月经中期、月经后期等三期调治不孕症，为针灸治疗不孕症提供了新的思路。所举验案金师辨为肝郁脾虚型，选取肝郁脾虚型调肝针法结合月经前、中、后三期基础方进行治疗，以疏肝解郁、健脾化湿为治则，使精血得养，胞孕乃成。[结论]金师以“调肝针法”治疗不孕症，以调肝疏肝、养血调经为主要方法，经验独到，疗效良好，值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor JIN Yabei's clinical experience in the treatment of infertility by acupuncture.[Methods] Through consulting the teacher and sorting out clinical medical records， Professor JIN's academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of infertility were summarized， and the diagnosis and treatment methods of infertility were discussed from the perspectives of etiology and pathogenesis， differentiation and classification， point selection and treatment by stages.A clinical case was reported for better demonstration.[Results]Professor JIN believes that the cause of infertility is related to liver depression， and also to deficiency of kidney essence and deficiency of meridians， and advocates the treatment of infertility by “liver as congenital”. The infertility is classified into six types according to the changes of Yin and Yang， Qi and blood in the liver: Stagnation of liver Qi， blazing type in liver fire， hyperactivity of liver Yang， deficiency of liver and kidney Yin， liver-depression and spleen deficiency， liver deficiency and blood heat type， and six kinds of liver regulating acupuncture methods are established accordingly. The treatment of infertility includes three stages:Premenstrual period， middle menstrual period and late menstrual period，which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of infertility. The case was identified as liver depression and spleen deficiency by Professor JIN. The liver regulating acupuncture of liver depression and spleen deficiency combined with three basic prescriptions before， during and after menstruation was selected for treatment. The treatment principles were soothing the liver and relieving depression， strengthening the spleen and removing dampness， so as to nourish the essence and blood and promote the pregnancy.[Conclusion] Professor JIN treats infertility with “liver regulating acupuncture”， and takes regulating and soothing the liver， nourishing blood and regulating menstruation as the main method. The experience is unique and curative effect is good， which is worthy of clinical application. |
