| [目的]探讨小儿推拿治疗效应研究各环节规范化存在的问题，并提出相应的改进思路。[方法]通过整合中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI)建库以来至2020年9月小儿推拿相关文献类型，分析小儿推拿治疗效应的既往研究，提出刺激量、治疗量、效应指标等研究环节亟待解决的问题，在现有成果的基础上提出对应的改进思路。[结果]目前小儿推拿治疗效应研究数量少，缺少高质量文献支持，研究环节存在推拿刺激参数模糊，量效关系不明确，推拿疗程设置、组穴欠规范，生物效应观察指标单一，机制研究不够深入，手法操作中信息技术运用不成熟等问题，是小儿推拿规范化发展和推广的瓶颈。改进思路是让现代科技与小儿推拿结合，根据小儿生理特征，改进力学模型，促进手法刺激量可视化，建立手法时间、强度、效应多维度量化数据库，拓展在体实验与对应离体实验的比较研究，增加手法刺激敏感度与适应性研究、变量之间关系研究等。[结论]小儿推拿治疗效应研究中，目前主要存在技法研究不规范、效应研究不深入、现代化技术应用不到位等问题，应补足短板，充分运用现有技术手段，量化规范技法研究，多层次、多维度深入研究效应关系，为小儿推拿走向标准化奠定基础。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the existing problems of the standardization of each link in the study of pediatric Tuina effect and propose corresponding improvement ideas.[Methods] Through integrating the existing literature types of pediatric Tuina in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database from the date of construction to September 2020， this paper analyzed the previous research on the treatment effect， put forward the problems which needed to be solved in the research links such as stimulation amount， treatment amount， and effect indicators， and proposed corresponding improvement ideas based on the existing results.[Results] At present， there are few researches on the effect of pediatric Tuina， lack of high-quality literature support， the problems of fuzzy stimulus parameters in the research link， unclear dose-effect relationship， lack of standardization of Tuina course settings and acupoint grouping， single biological effect observation indicators， and lack of in-depth research on mechanisms， immature application of information technology inmanipulation are the bottleneck of the standardized development and promotion of pediatric Tuina.Therefore， this paper proposes the improvement ideas of combination of modern technology and pediatric Tuina， improvement of the mechanical model according to the pediatric physiological characteristics to promote the visualization of the manipulation stimulus， establishment of multi-dimensional quantitative database of manipulation time， intensity， and effect， expansion of the comparative study of in vivo experiments and corresponding in vitro experiments， increase of research on sensitivity and adaptability of manipulation stimulation and on the relationship between variables.[Conclusion] At present， there are some problems in research on therapeutic effect of pediatric Tuina effect， such as the nonstandard research on techniques， the lack of in-depth research on effects， and the inadequate application of modern techniques， future research should make up for the shortcomings， make full use of the existing technical means， quantify and standardize the technical research， and deeply study the effect relationship in multi-level and multi-dimensional， so as to lay the foundation for the standardization of pediatric Tuina. |
