| [目的]研究清代名医王清任“五逐瘀汤”的核心活血药及制方思路，为活血化瘀法的临床运用提供借鉴。[方法]以《医林改错》“方叙篇”和“少腹逐瘀汤说篇”所收录的五首逐瘀汤以及全书所载33首方剂为研究对象，结合《内经》《伤寒论》《神农本草经》《本草纲目》《本草品汇精要》等著作中的相关论述，对33首方剂及“五逐瘀汤”的药物运用频次进行统计分析。[结果]王氏“五逐瘀汤”以“川芎-当归-赤芍-五灵脂-桃仁-红花”为核心活血药，其选取基于气血关系、药物质地、寒温属性等方面的特点，主要表现为“重视气血关系，喜用川芎行气活血”“桃仁红花相配，消表里上下之瘀滞”“重视寒温并用，防止寒凝血热灼血”三个方面。“五逐瘀汤”遵循“调气+活血+引经”的制方思路，借助于引经药的趋向性，带动活血药达于各处，从而发挥清除瘀血之作用。[结论]王清任重视气血关系，所创制的“五逐瘀汤”理法精妙，见解独到，重视药物引经之作用。深入认识王氏“五逐瘀汤”的制方思路及其活血化瘀思想，有利于为传统医学活血化瘀法的应用提供新的思路。 |

| [Objective] To study the “Five-Zhuyu Decoctions” and its core drugs for promoting blood circulation and idea of making prescription of WANG Qingren， a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty， so as to provide reference for the clinical application of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. [Methods] Take the “Five-Zhuyu Decoctions” which were recorded on the piece of “Fangxu” and “Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction” and 33 prescriptions in “Correction of The Errors of Medical Works” as the research object， combined with the interrelated thesis in “The Inner Canon of Huangdi”“Treatise on Febrile Diseases” “Shennong's Herbal Classic” “Compendium of Materia Medica” and “Collection of Essence of Materia Medica”， the frequency of these prescriptions were statistically analyzed. [Results] The “Five-Zhuyu Decoctions” took “Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Paeoniae Radix Rubra-Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Trogopterori Faeces-Trogopterori Faeces-Carthami Flos” as the core drugs for promoting blood circulation， the characteristic of selection were based on the relationship between Qi and blood， nature of the drug， attribute of cold and warm， mainly reflected in three aspects such as “attaching great importance to the relationship between Qi and blood， mostly using Chuanxiong Rhizoma to promote Qi and activate blood circulation”“Trogopterori Faeces and Carthami Flos compatible with each other to remove the stasis in exterior and interior， up and down” “attaching great importance to the common use of cold and warm drugs to prevent blood from coagulating”. And the “Five-Zhuyu Decoctions” followed the idea of making prescription of “regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation accompanied with guiding drugs”， and promoted the circulation of blood everywhere with the help of the tropism of guiding drugs， so as to play the role of removing blood stasis. [Conclusion] WANG Qingren attached great importance to the relationship between Qi and blood， and the “Five-Zhuyu Decoctions” created by WANG have the ingenious method and unique insight and attach great importance to the role of guiding drugs. It is helpful to provide a new idea for the application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis methods of traditional medicine to deep understanding of the idea of making prescription “Five-Zhuyu Decoctions” and the thoughts of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. |
