| [目的]探析《医学衷中参西录》中张锡纯运用当归的经验，为临床运用当归提供更广阔的思路。[方法]通过阅读《医学衷中参西录》，收集整理其中对于当归的论述、方剂与医案，对张锡纯临床运用当归的方法如功效主治、用法用量以及创新古方、创制新方、灵活配伍的特点进行分析探讨，并通过一则张氏验案与一则现代临床验案进行论证。[结果]张锡纯认为当归为生血活血之主药，亦具有宣通气分、祛风开痹、助孕下乳、通便催产、止血宁血、润肺止咳、缓急止痛之功效，其用量在二钱到一两之间。张锡纯在此基础上创新古方，创制新方，并灵活将当归与黄芪、乳香、没药、芍药等药物配伍。张氏验案论证了当归活血祛风、畅达肝气、通络止痛之效。现代验案中患者诊断为痹病(寒湿痹阻证)，治以活血祛风、通络止痛，以当归与生黄芪、桂枝、细辛、薏苡仁等药物配伍，共奏活血祛风、通络止痛、祛湿除痹之效。[结论]张锡纯在多年临床实践的基础上独辟新意，其著作《医学衷中参西录》对于当归独特的功效主治、用法用量及组方配伍作出了详尽的阐释，为后世医家提供了新的用药思路和理论依据，意义深远。 |

| [Objective] To analyze ZHANG Xichun’s experience in using Angelica sinensis in “Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination” and provide a broader idea for clinical application of Angelica sinensis. [Methods]By reading“Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination”， this paper collected and sorted out the argumentation， prescription and consilia parts of Angelica sinensis， analyzed and discussed ZHANG Xichun’s clinical methods of using Angelica sinensis such as efficacy，major function，usage and dosage， methods of innovating ancient prescriptions and creating new prescriptions，the characteristics of the prescription and compatibility，and demonstrated it through one of ZHANG’s case and a modern clinical case.[Results] ZHANG Xichun believed that Angelica sinensis was the main drug for invigorating blood and promoting blood circulation.It also had the effects of regulating Qi circulation，dispelling the wind and relieving rheumatic pains， facilitating pregnancy and promoting lactation，promoting cacation and expediting delivery，promoting hemostasis， moistening lung and relieving cough， and relieving pain. The dosage was between 2 Qian and 1 Liang. On this basis， ZHANG Xicun innovated classic prescriptions and created new prescriptions and combined Angelica sinensis flexibly with Astragalus， Boswellia carterii， Myrrha， Paeonia lactiflora and other herbs.ZHANG’s case proved Angelica sinensis’s effects of activating blood and dispelling the wind，soothing the liver，activating meridians to relieve pain. The patient in the modern clinical case was differentiated as arthralgia(cold dampness obstruction syndrome)， and was treated with activating blood circulation and expelling the wind， dredging collaterals and relieving pain. Angelica sinensis was combined with raw Astragali Radix， Ramulus Cinnamomi， Asarum sieboldii， Semen Coicis and other drugs to promote blood circulation and expel the wind， dredge collaterals and relieve pain， remove dampness and arthralgia.[Conclusion]Based on years of clinical practice，ZHANG Xichun made a unique innovation. In his book “Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination”， he elaborated the unique efficacy， major function，usage，dosage，composition of prescription and compatibility of Angelica Sinensis， which provided new medication ideas and theoretical basis for doctors of later generations， with far-reaching significance. |
