| [目的]总结活血法在复发性流产妊娠期的应用经验。[方法]通过对临床复发性流产病案的记录分析，从病因病机、辨证施治等方面总结复发性流产妊娠期辨证应用活血药物的经验，并附验案一则佐证。[结果]复发性流产妊娠期常见血瘀证型。肾虚气血运行无力，可致瘀滞丛生，为肾虚血瘀；元气亏虚，无力行血，则血行缓慢，停留而瘀，属气虚血瘀；肝气郁滞，气行不畅，无法行血乃气滞血瘀，并分别以补肾活血、化瘀安胎，补气活血、养血安胎，疏肝解郁、活血理气安胎治之，治疗效果斐然。所举验案中患者难免流产4次，为肾虚血瘀型，孕后予胶艾四物汤合寿胎丸加减治疗后保胎成功。[结论]从血瘀病机入手，应用活血法治疗复发性流产妊娠期患者，临床实用，疗效显著，值得进一步研究。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the application of invigorating blood circulation in pregnant patients with recurrent abortion. [Methods] With clinical analysis of recurrent abortion cases， the experience of using blood circulation invigorating drugs during pregnancy for recurrent abortion was summarized in the aspects of etiology， pathogenesis， syndrome differentiation and treatment with supporting cases. [Results] Blood stasis syndrome is common in recurrent abortion during pregnancy. They can be caused either by kidney deficiency， or Qi deficiency， or Qi stagnation. The kidney deficiency type shows the symptoms of kidney deficiency and weakness of Qi and blood， which leads to blood stasis. The corresponding treatment was tonifying the kidney and invigorating blood circulation， removing blood stasis and soothing the fetus. The Qi deficiency type shows the symptoms of slowdown of blood flow and the stagnation of blood. The corresponding treatment is invigorating Qi， invigorating blood circulation， nourishing blood and soothing the fetus. The Qi stagnation type shows the symptoms of stagnation of liver Qi， obstruction of Qi circulation， and weakness of blood circulation， which leads to Qi stagnation and blood stasis. The corresponding treatment was soothing the liver and relieving depression， invigorating blood circulation， regulating Qi， and soothing the fetus. And all the treatment has received remarkable therapeutic effect. In the case， the patient had experienced four inevitable abortions， and was diagnosed as kidney deficiency and blood stasis. She was treated with Jiaoai Siwu Decoction and Shoutai Pill after pregnancy， and was successfully prevented from abortion. [Conclusion] Starting from the pathogenesis of blood stasis， the method of invigorating blood circulation for treating recurrent abortion during pregnancy is clinically practical and effective， which is worthy of further study. |
