| [目的]探究愈痤汤联合光电协同技术(electro-optical synergy，Elos)治疗肺经风热型轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]选取2019年4月至2020年3月符合诊断标准的150例肺经风热型轻中度寻常痤疮患者，按照随机数字表法分为5组，每组各30例，并依据不同的治疗方案进行治疗，其中中药组单纯内服中药愈痤汤，光电组为单纯Elos治疗，西药组为单纯常规西药治疗，中药联合光电组为中药内服愈痤汤联合Elos治疗，西药联合光电组为常规西药联合Elos治疗，分别对各组患者治疗前和治疗4周后的痤疮综合分级系统(global acne grading system，GAGS)评分、中医证候评分及不良反应进行记录并统计分析。[结果]在临床治疗总有效率方面，中药联合光电组均优于其他4组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前比较，5组治疗后GAGS评分、中医证候评分均显著降低(P＜0.01)。在皮疹改善程度方面，中药联合光电组均优于其他4组(P＜0.05)；在中医证候改善方面，中药联合光电组皮疹痒痛、颜面潮红、口渴喜饮、舌苔证候均明显优于其他4组(P＜0.05)。各组患者尿黄、便秘、舌质证候差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。各组均无明显不良反应发生。[结论]针对肺经风热型轻中度寻常痤疮，愈痤汤联合Elos治疗可获得显著疗效，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yucuo decoction combined with electro-optical synergy(Elos) in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian.[Methods]From April 2019 to March 2020， 150 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridians were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups according to different treatment schemes， with 30 cases in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group was treated with TCM Yucuo decoction， the Elos group was treated with Elos alone， the western medicine group was treated with routine western medicine， the TCM combined with Elos group was treated with Yucuo decoction combined with Elos， and the western medicine combined with Elos group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Elos. The global acne grading system(GAGS) score， TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the five groups before and 4 weeks after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed.[Results]In terms of the total effective rate of clinical treatment， the TCM combined with Elos group was superior to the other four groups(P＜0.05). The scores of GAGS and TCM syndrome in the 5 groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.01). The improvement degree of skin rash in the TCM combined with Elos group was better than that in the other 4 groups(P＜0.05). And in the improvement of TCM syndromes， the TCM combined with Elos group was significantly better than the other 4 groups in itching pain， facial redness， thirst and liking for drinking and tongue coating syndrome(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in yellow urine， constipation and tongue syndrome among the five groups(P＞0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the five groups. [Conclusion]For mild to moderate acne vulgaris syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian， Yucuo decoction combined with Elos technology can obtain significant curative effect. And there is no obvious adverse reaction， so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
